Great fast friendly service

I am returning here to change my review as I have since been reached out to by McMahon over the phone and asked for honest feedback after I posted my original review. I have realized they do hold an honest commitment to serving the customer . I originally had reviewed McMahon and given 1 star.

My original assessment of the company came after I had used the company in two cases, to fix a broken shower valve and fix a circulator pump. In both cases, they had to come back a second time as problems arose from their original work job. I understand that mistakes are made and also that sometimes the part they use from the manufacturer may just turn out to be faulty. In both cases they came back and fixed the job with no additional charge. I think most of my original frustration came from the additional hassle of having to have them come out a second time in both cases.

However, my opinion has changed for the most part. After my original (not so kindly worded) review, I got a call from Mr. McMahon himself. He was very calm and receptive over the phone, stating he was disappointed that I had the experience I had and that he wanted to know what he could do to make it right. He listened to my criticism and took it kindly. He let me know that he hoped that there is always an honest dialogue with the customer, and that if the customer is disappointed they just reach out to him directly. My follow up conversation with Mr. McMahon was very good and convinced me in their commitment to ensuring the customer has a good experience.

When I needed to replace my water heater due to a leak, Anthony did it the next day. And when it needed repair due to a manufacturing defect, he went out of his way to find replacement parts and fix the issue in the middle of a weekend. Thanks to Anthony, I did not have to spend days without hot water.

We had a problem with our sink and toilet and the plumber sent over was fast and amazing!

I am writing this review today, because I want to share with everyone my experience with plumbing issues... First thing to do is call Rapid Flow...!!!
Had Cranney Plumbing first, bottom line they said they couldn't help me and referred me to the city for sewerage probs... City responded promptly since I couldn't use my water nor my toilets... They informed me that it was not an issue on their part, that the blockage was from my house to the main sewer line... The cost to do this was more that I could handle... I was in shock... The City referred me to Rapid Flow... I reached out to them, and they sent Peter right away, (great guy...!!). Peter fixed my problem within 20 minutes...!!! Peter was so friendly, and very knowledgeable...!! He is the best...!! And the cost, was 1/2 of the cost of what Cranney Plumbing was originally charging me, and couldn't accomplish... Kudos to you, Peter...!!

Charles and associate did a great job of identifying our water leak issue related to shower drain. They were professional, courteous and informed us of finding and fix needed in a reasonable time. I would definitely recommend them (specifically Charles) for any plumbing issues you might have. Very pleased at the experience with a national company that provided local and quick service

Very responsive, and came to our place on short notice to extend a gas line to our natural gas grill. Did an excellent job in a timely manner; both very professional, informative, and friendly throughout the process!

This is without a doubt the place you need to call! They really go the extra mile to help and make sure everything is taken care of. It’s already a difficult situation when you need a service like this and they help take the stress out of it. Their guy Jason that came out was simply amazing. He is super knowledgeable, friendly and walks you through everything that is going on. He makes you feel very at ease and is super respectful of your home. I just can’t say enough about him or the company!

My heater had this weird sound; I wasn’t sure what it was. I called Plumbers 911 and they arrived within the same day. They solved my problem quickly.
