Ernie at Metro Boston Plumbing did great work for us. He tore out our old bathtub, tile, and piping, and installed a new, jetted tub and surround, piping and fixtures, as well as some sheetrock surround. It required multiple visits, which he cheerfully did. He fixed other plumbing as well! Ernie is reliable, timely, and kept the area clean and did great work! He really went above and beyond for us. Mike and his guy’s are great. The whole team was professional from start to finish. Mike was very transparent and only added suggestions if he thought one of my ideas was counterproductive. Anyone I send Mike to is always pleased with his quality and attention to detail.

Visits from Joe are becoming kind of a weekly thing around here. He's been super helpful at working around our remodeling schedule. When we realized some things that we hadn't really counted on needed to be fixed (hello, rusty water valve) were going to become part of the remodel too, he was able to just add it to his list.

I found Rich on Angie's List and gave him a call because the reviews he had were so good. I left him a message and he called me right back and we made an appointment for later that evening. Rich was there on time and was extremely nice and informative on my extremely old boiler system, water heater and the oil to gas conversion that was going to take place. Rich then sent me a quote in the mail which wasn't the cheapest but far from the most expensive that I had received and we decided that he was the best guy for the job. Prior to starting the job my husband and I noticed that one of our radiators started leaking and another was extremely loud. Therefore, I called Rich and he came out within a half hour and remedied the problem. When he came to start the job he was always dependable and willing to answer any questions. Rich was so personable that my husband and I looked forward to getting home and having small talk with him. One Saturday he came to do some work and brought my husband and I some AMAZING scones that he gets from one of his other clients and let me just say, they were to DIE for. How many people can say that they got breakfast from their plumber and above that enjoyed having them around?! As far as Rich's work is concerned, the boiler and water heater came out beautifully, when you have steam heat it truly is an art form and Rich is quite the artist. Our basement was literally cleaner when he left then it was when he came in. Needless to say, Rich will be the guy I call with all my plumbing issues.

After all this, we found Irfan referred with my friends who use him before for different plumbing needs, He was able to tell us what the problem was (something nobody else had been able to do yet). Within hours, we had our water heaters replaced, something that can often take a few days. He gave us excellent informed advice about what options were going to save us the most money down the line, He was completely professional, friendly, and got the job done quickly. Arrived on time and called 10 minutes to give me a heads up.
