I noticed my 10 yr old hot water heater for my condo started leaking late one night after work so I contacted T-Flow. I called after 9 PM and was pleasantly surprised to be greeted by Matt, the owner of T-Flow. Not only did Matt help me find the information on the heater that he needed but he had a team at my home at 9 AM the following morning to begin the removal and installation of my new hot water heater! He didn't pressure me into buying any specific brand and he gave me price options. I felt that Matt was fair, honest and very professional! T-Flow got the job done in a timely manor and left the area spotless too! I would definitely use T-Flow again and I STRONGLY recommend them to anyone in the Boston Area!

Power Plumbing was really responsive via text! They came within a week for a non-emergency shower fix and dryer vent cleaning. Helped me identify part I needed which I was able to order ahead of their arrival. They did the job well, but ultimately overcharged me. Good quality work though

Amazing work by E Francis Plumbing & Heating! Not only was the quality of work and professionalism top notch, but they went above and beyond to ensure that my concerns were addressed. As a new homeowner, I had a list of repairs that needed to be addressed. Mike ensured that the gas pipe connected to my stove was completely secure by attaching a new piece of wood behind my drywall. Then, after hearing about my concern about mice coming through the remaining gap, he offered to fill the space with pest foam sealant. Definitely not part of his job requirements, but like I said above and beyond! Would highly recommend and will have them back for future jobs. Thanks, Mike!

I can honestly say I am impressed. My 11-year-old water heater finally stopped working, and I found myself on a Friday afternoon without hot water. I called several local companies and received no response. When I finally did get in touch with one of them, they told me the earliest they could come was Tuesday! Then I called Joe Cardarelli, who picked up almost immediately. I told him my issue, and he had me send him a few photos of my water heater. Within 20 minutes (literally!), they were at my front door. After determining I would need a new water heater, they went to get one for me and came back replaced my broken one. The whole thing took maybe four hours tops, from my original phone call. Joe and Jim were not only speedy, but courteous and friendly. They left my house spotless and hauled away my old water heater with no trouble. I will definitely be reaching out to them again with any/all of my plumbing needs.

Rich Matthews installed an indirect water heater in our home, and the overall experience has been super-positive. He took the time to explain how indirect heating systems works, the pros and cons of other types of water heating systems, and helped us identify the best solution for our home. The first “visit” was virtual, via FaceTime, and he surveyed the existing setup with a lot of attention to detail before proposing how to proceed. He came over the next day to prep / setup, and the day after installed the heater! He is very professional, super organized, excellent communicator, has great attention to detail, followed covid-safety protocols. This has been a very positive experience. Our water heater is old and suddenly stopped working one day. Irfan and his guy diagnosed the issue and replace the water heater for us, along with repairing many other components (pressure relief valve, expansion tank, automatic feed flow value). Despite the hot summer and difficult access in the basement, the job was done beautifully. Irfan was also able to fit our work into a really short notice. Much appreciated.
