Silas and his crew has done 2 jobs for us now. He is punctual, polite, and professional. Last year he was able to beat two local, 5 star rated on Angie's list, Hvac companies estimated by over $2000. I do not hesitate to refer them to friends and family. I don't personally have any interest in the company, nor do I know anyone that works for them personally. He has been honest and reasonable with his assessments and followed up by squeezing me in in between jobs when I was in need. This company is legit, and I was lucky to stumble upon them online. Terrible experience...extremely overpriced...1200$ to install bathtub fixtures outside wall only...took 4 visits...tub would not hold water so instead of fixing the knob to hold or release water, they just put a stopper on the drain itself. The parts they used were advertised for 85$ total. BBB complaint made.

Our two Navien combo boilers were having problems. The heat and hot water stopped working. We called Simon asking him to help and he came right after finished the work in somewhere else. It was later afternoon when Simon arrived. He thoroughly checked the boilers and quickly fixed them. We are very impressed by his knowledge and professionalism. Simon definitely is the Navien combo expert we are going to keep.
