We had a very difficult problem and McMahon Plumbing was very responsive and figured out what was wrong and fixed it very quickly. They are very professional and they do care about the homeowner.

True Blue Plumbing & Heating was exceptional to work with! We replaced our old oil furnace and hot water system with new gas systems after getting the gas line brought to our house. Steve and his crew were terrific. They did the work over the course of 3 cold January days and sequenced everything so that we were not without heat or hot water for any noticeable length of time. They showed up at 8am when they said they would, they cleaned up after the work areas at the end of each day, the took care of the inspections with the city and National Grid and they were willing to answer all of the questions that we had about running and maintaining these 2 new systems. Rich was an absolute pleasure to work with from start to finish in our process of replacing an old hot water heater. Rich was responsive to our initial phone call, provided a great itemized quote and was transparent about the entire process, including permitting (which many other plumbers we called were not), installation times, and old hot water heater removal.

As soon as we finalized the quote Rich got started that same evening in the permitting process and was able to install the water heater the next day early on a Friday morning. During the installation Rich clearly pointed out the process that he would take to remove the old water heater and how he'd install the new one. He even corrected an issue with water heater placement that will now allow our other neighbors in our condo unit to more easily service their units in the future. Within a few hours our new hot water heater was humming right along and we had improved hot water temperatures right away.

I will be using Rich for any future hot water heater or boiler needs in the future and highly recommend him to anyone looking for these services!

I found Rich on Angie's List and gave him a call because the reviews he had were so good. I left him a message and he called me right back and we made an appointment for later that evening. Rich was there on time and was extremely nice and informative on my extremely old boiler system, water heater and the oil to gas conversion that was going to take place. Rich then sent me a quote in the mail which wasn't the cheapest but far from the most expensive that I had received and we decided that he was the best guy for the job. Prior to starting the job my husband and I noticed that one of our radiators started leaking and another was extremely loud. Therefore, I called Rich and he came out within a half hour and remedied the problem. When he came to start the job he was always dependable and willing to answer any questions. Rich was so personable that my husband and I looked forward to getting home and having small talk with him. One Saturday he came to do some work and brought my husband and I some AMAZING scones that he gets from one of his other clients and let me just say, they were to DIE for. How many people can say that they got breakfast from their plumber and above that enjoyed having them around?! As far as Rich's work is concerned, the boiler and water heater came out beautifully, when you have steam heat it truly is an art form and Rich is quite the artist. Our basement was literally cleaner when he left then it was when he came in. Needless to say, Rich will be the guy I call with all my plumbing issues.
