Best Drain Problem in Boston MA

I called for a neighbor whose main drain clogged on the last day of the year. They sent over a technician who didn't know how to open the main drain pipe...and said they'd send someone more expert two days later!
A total contrast to prior experiences, which is why I nonetheless gave 2* - but for this visit, not even deserving of one.

I called Ron a little after 10pm for a leak in my bathroom. He was very responsive, gave me some options to get through the night and was available with everything he needed first thing in the morning to fix it. The price was very reasonable, very quick and he was very pleasant. I will definitely use his services for future repairs or upgrades to my home.

Sam is the absolute best! I've been using him for over 10 years. I was lucky to find him. He is not only friendly and efffiicent but he has the best response time and always picks up his phone. I've come to totally rely on him for my needs. Just recently I was having issues with my washer and I called him. He was on vacation and still picked up my call to let me know that he did not fly back till Sunday night. Come Monday morning at 8am he was at my door. He is so trust worthy and his rates are reassonable for the time and effort he puts into all the projects I've had for him over the years. He tries his best to fix something before he has to replace it and always tells you what he is doing. If you are looking for a new plumber, search no more!

We had an emergency backup in our waste pipe that had broken open (very bad situation!) and while so few plumbers even returned our calls (everyone out due to COVID), and the ones who did didn't want such an intensive job, Andy arrived even earlier in the week than quoted and fully dug out, replaced, and re-cemented our waste pipe in about two hours. He was friendly and upfront about our situation, and walked me through everything he did so nothing was a mystery. Well worth the reasonable rate! Can't recommend him enough!!

I had an emergency situation where my outdoor hose spigot was leaking aggressively and pooling at the foundation. I had to turn off the water to my house since I didn’t have a control valve for that spigot alone.

So it was urgent, I called and they were able to send someone out that morning! The plumber came with the parts needed, finished the work efficiently, and even came in to help with an unrelated clog/slow drain.

The work was great and the price was more than fair, very happy with the work.

Heating and A/C are trades where you have to be very careful about who you call. An unqualified or dishonest technician can really ruin your day. I have found this out the hard way a couple of times.
I have a Buderus 142 High Efficiency gas fired boiler. It was installed in 2012. Not everybody can service this equipment properly. A couple of weeks ago I found out the tech. I've been using has retired. He was a one man show, so it left me searching for a new tech.
I searched the Buderus company site, which led me to Aquaflow. Learned Aquaflow is owner-operated, and has been in business around 20 years. I decided I'd give him a try. Anyway, about a week ago, Aquaflow's owner Vincent came by and did a thorough preventive maintenance/cleaning of the system. Right away I could tell he was knowledgeable of the system. He had quoted me what I feet was a fair price, and spent more than a solid couple of hours going through everything. He measured its operating efficiency, and gave me a written report, which no one else ever did.
So I have a new heating tech., who I trust and would recommend highly. Check Aquaflow out. He seems to specialize on Buderus, but works on all types of heating systems. Believe me, if he can service Buderus, he can easily handle the others. Vincent also offers complete plumbing services.

Shouldn't look forward to having to call the plumber but the whole team is so pleasant and professional we do. Had them come out to Arlington twice in the past 2 months to do separate steam heat repairs on our newly purchased home and they were extremely responsive, helpful, reasonable and efficient. Couldn't give a higher review.

I had roots growing in my sewer drain which caused it to back up. The service technician, Joseph Emory #7818 came to do the repair to unclog the sewer line. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable and courteous. It was a stressful situation for me and he put me at ease and answered all of my questions. It was top notch customer service and I would request Joseph when using Roto Rooters services for any future plumbing needs. It was an after hour call and he was here in a timely fashion and did not rush. He took his time and was very thorough! I honestly can not stress enough how satisfied I am with his services. I will recommend Roto Rooter to my family and friends for their plumbing needs as well! I wish I could give Joseph more than 5 Stars!
