Great customer service and fantastic work ethic!!!!

After having a breakdown of a 11 year old water natural gas hot water heater we wanted to understand our options. After a visit from a local firm who after a cursory review provided some fairly generic options, we called Vincent from Aquaflow at the recommendation of a good friend who had Aquaflow update his heating system. Vincent was responsive, courteous, and extremely knowledgeable and took us through some options after a careful review of our systems.

We ended up deciding to install an indirect system powered by our heating system boiler - simpler, low maintenance, and very efficient. The pricing was reasonable, and the installation extremely professional and included fixing some longstanding issues in our heating system. We will plan to work with Vincent and the Aquaflow team for ongoing maintenance and would highly recommend him for any heating or hot water work..

We needed help with our HVAC system during a heatwave. They were very quick to respond and very helpful and they came out. Would recommend to anyone.

We were not getting heat in a back bedroom. Tom came out and found out the previous folks must have had kid(s) who threw down all sorts of stuff down the ductwork. He cleaned our furnace and fixed our problem with a very reasonable price. Highly recommend!

Never had this service done

Shouldn't look forward to having to call the plumber but the whole team is so pleasant and professional we do. Had them come out to Arlington twice in the past 2 months to do separate steam heat repairs on our newly purchased home and they were extremely responsive, helpful, reasonable and efficient. Couldn't give a higher review.

Excellent responsiveness and good quality communication during the proposal phase. On time project start and mostly according to plan installation. I was unable to be present at the end of the installation and found when I returned that the system was not working. This required a re-visit by an installation foreman to correct the situation and brief me on the system's use. A return visit by the electrician was also necessary to check out and confirm functionality of the backup system. Communication about all this at the end of the project could have been better.Follow up: service call when one ac unit failed. Very prompt response and the issue was resolved within a couple hours. Poor wiring connection does raise a question about the quality of the original work.

I highly recommend I&C Mechanical. I needed to replace my electric tank water heater which started leaking on Juneteenth. They were able to come the next day and replace it that same day. They were very responsive, knowledgeable and provided an excellent service. All in all, outstanding professionals and first-rate customer service. I'll definitely be going back for all my plumbing and heating needs. Thanks so much Irfan!!
