I waited to write a review until Akian had been out a few times, just to make sure they were consistent. These guys are GREAT. They're reliable, they communicate well, they're competent. We've lived here 10 year and the tankless system never worked right, and now it does! In 40 years of home ownership I've never found a group of plumbers/HVAC guys as professional and as competent as the Akian crew. Highly recommend them.

They are super responsive, however, when it comes to the real business, it is a total mess. The company send one guy to repair my gas furnace, he didn't even really found out where the problem is, he then offered a ridiculuouly expensive quote of more than 800 dollars. According to him, the gas valve is broken, in fact, it is not. He tried so hard to sell the annual maintainence kit to me. Dude, get the repair work done before any nonsense. this company's major focus is to take the chance to rip you off instead of offering some serious service. I finally find another company who took care of my furnace with 150 dollars.
