Best Air Conditioner Replacement in Boston MA

I called Frank for an issue with my Gas Boiler and he was able to come out the next day. He was extremely knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. He walked me through what needed to get done vs. what was more of a nice to have and didn't pressure me at all to get more work done than I absolutely needed. I will definitely use Frank again.

True Blue Plumbing & Heating was exceptional to work with! We replaced our old oil furnace and hot water system with new gas systems after getting the gas line brought to our house. Steve and his crew were terrific. They did the work over the course of 3 cold January days and sequenced everything so that we were not without heat or hot water for any noticeable length of time. They showed up at 8am when they said they would, they cleaned up after the work areas at the end of each day, the took care of the inspections with the city and National Grid and they were willing to answer all of the questions that we had about running and maintaining these 2 new systems. Karen, in the True Blue office, guided us through the MassSave loan process too. I would highly recommend True Blue Plumbing & Heating to anyone in the South Shore!

Excellent experience with their Service Manager, Brad W. Had no issues with the scheduling or installation of HVAC & Heat Pump. The systems are working perfectly and Brad was extremely thorough and helped me to execute the financing through Mass Save HEAT loan and rebates. There was a slight hiccup when the initial sales rep left the company during the middle of the process, but Brad really stepped up and saw the project all the way through.
