We were having an issue with a leaky faucet. they were able to come the same day we called. Stan was extremely nice! And was quick to fix the issue. We would highly recommend!

We used True Blue Plumbing and Heating for a new central air conditioning unit over the summer. They were extremely responsive throughout the whole process and did excellent work.

I wrote and talked to Stephen about installing a waterline to my new fridge while explaining my being concerned if this old house could even afford us the luxury due to it's unusual structure. He responded by phone and text as well, squeezing time into his very busy schedule to drop in and evaluate our situation and thank goodness discovered an easy solution I could not imagine. Two of his crew came by a week later and did a great job in less than an hour. Silas and his crew has done 2 jobs for us now. He is punctual, polite, and professional. Last year he was able to beat two local, 5 star rated on Angie's list, Hvac companies estimated by over $2000. I do not hesitate to refer them to friends and family. I don't personally have any interest in the company, nor do I know anyone that works for them personally. AC has not been working on a unit Boston Standard installed just a couple of years ago.Technician was not able to solve the problem. And now we are waiting who knows how long on a part.This particular technician was the same one the last time there was an issue. They were not able to solve the issue on the first visit then and we had a 2nd visit where they solved the issue.Wish all technicians here were highly skilled and able to solve the issue on the first visit.
