Ralph, who arrived around two hours after I had called, identified the issue and fixed it in an hour. If money is tight for you, less is not for you. However, if you're looking for top-notch service with affordable prices and a quick turnaround, I don't think you can go wrong. I'm hoping things are better now.

He really spelled out the “whys” (and I had many) and the options for me and my family based on our needs. I didn’t take long for me to trust Leo…which makes me trust Boston Standard Company! Now we need to decide which option to choose that Leo shared!

I've used Irfan and his team several times now, and the service continues to be excellent. This team is fast, reasonably priced, and reasonable to work with. Communication is a major positive point, and if you've worked with others you know this can be a pain point.

Excellent experience. Showed up earlier than expected and gave me a clear indication of the issues I was facing.

I got a call from a plumber who said he could come out and fix and/or replace my hot water heater the same day (I had bought a new one to have installed). He said he could be over shortly which of course made me feel ecstatic. He double parked his car and walked in the door and looked at my hot water heater for 1 minute, and said his boss would come back tomorrow to fix it. He charged me $125.00 service fee but said it would come out of the final bill. Of course, no one showed up the next day so I canceled that check.

Total rip off.
