My landlord reached out to James for an emergency appt. My toilet and tub were expelling waste from the unit above me. Mr James and his partner arrived at my home in less that hour, masked up and ready to work. He was clear in explaining what the issue was and what it would take to repair. Which for these gentlemen was about 40 mins of work that in the end left me very pleased. They were quick, efficient and clean.
