He was professional, performed skillfully, and caused minimal damage to the ceiling that was easy to repair. He even referred a great contractor that was able to path things up in a matter of days. My husband and I have only been in our new home for about a month, so naturally some issues are starting to appear that need to be addressed. I looked through a community Facebook group and called two numbers before trying Tim Whistler Plumbing. The first number rang until it hit voicemail and the second number just rang indefinitely. A representative from Tim Whistler answered on the second ring and within 5 minutes had me scheduled for an appointment. She quoted me three different options, and told me that she really didn't think I needed the most expensive option – this immediately made me more trusting. The day of our appointment, the timing did have to get pushed back a little, but the team was really communicative and I took no issue with this. Mike Rogers was my assigned plumber and he was friendly, professional, and efficient. I feel that the rates were exceedingly fair and ultimately this was a more pleasant experience than I could have ever hoped for. For all future plumbing needs, we'll be calling Tim Whistler Plumbing first.
