In my case I was preparing my condo for sale and needed a plumbing inspection I could not be present to review. The 4 Fast representative came to my place, conducted the inspection, filled out the paperwork, and texted me an image of the final form. I received a camera inspection of my sewer line through the lower level toilet. The work was performed by Dama Fanai of Roto Rooter. Dama Fanai is very pleasant, extremely knowledgeable, thorough, precise and a real professional. He provided me with complete details during the camera review, made recommendations and also provided me with a video copy of his camera inspection.Mr. Fanai deserves to be commended for his professionalism and the knowledge that he provided to me as a first-time customer. He recognized that my outside sewer cleanout pipe was not visible and made a recommendation for locating the pipe and making it visible.Thank you Mr. Fanai and Roto Rooter for providing such valuable service and information. Fabulous service from Barnes Plumbing today; so pleased that I was motivated to write a review. My bathrooms are as old as the hills and have parts that look like they came out of an archaeological dig (!) Jonny S. figured out what was needed and was able to make a very satisfactory but temporary repair last week while he tracked down parts. He came back to install them today and our 'ye olde' shower now works like a charm. And in addition to great service and expertise, it was a joy to observe and benefit from the pride he takes in his work. Considerate and neat...and willing to indulge the 93-year-old in our house with a photo; made my day TBH. I wish all contractors were like this!

Mike Fleming saved our day and our house! We called and he instantly was able to come help us and was so incredibly informative. He was able to fix the issue and give us instant estimates for future projects. We can’t say enough wonderful things about this company! Fixed our gas leak when Washington Gas Company said we would have to wait til next week! Thank gosh for Mike Fleming and Tim Whistler Plumbing and Gas!

Prompt but expensive.Manuel had remove the 70+yr old broken, corroded and rusty cast iron flange and replace it. He then installed the already purchased toilet.The service was friendly, knowledgeable and much shorter than he predicted (~11/2hrs vs 3hrs). The cost was $888.00 which seemed quite high considering that the old toilet had been disposed of and the new one was ready for installation in the bathroom.Manuel said he would email an estimate for another issue that needs addressing. The home humidifier. It has been 2 weeks, haven’t heard anything about the estimate!
