They were incredibly reassuring over the phone and sent someone ASAP - without charging an arm and a leg. While it turned out I didn't have a leak, the expert advice and service I received was above and beyond and Mr. Casteel even recommended some potential plumbing improvements and money saving measures we can take with our property in the future. Wonderful experience. My AC stopped working Friday night I called Sila first thing Saturday morning and they had a technician out within an hour! Within 20 minutes of the technician's assessment he diagnosed and fixed the problem. The technician was punctual, polite and professional. Based on my experience, I would highly recommend this company.

Caution: Unprofessional, shoddy work, unethical business practices

I hired Mike from 4Fast Plumbing to fix a leaky toilet in my home. Cost was $550 and included a 90 day warranty. The toilet was still leaking after he fixed it, so we scheduled a time for him to come back. On the day of the appointment, he didn't show up or call to reschedule. He was a no-call/no-show three consecutive times before I finally hired someone else to complete the work. Mike finally reached out to me via text, but I requested a refund since the work had already been done. He didn't respond to that request and it took another two months (and many attempts) to reach him by phone. At that point, he agreed to a refund, but never sent it. My calls to him since then have gone unanswered and he's made no attempt to reach out and resolve this issue. Don't waste your time or money on this company unless you want to be the victim of unethical business practices and shoddy work which will end up costing you more in the long run.

Capitol Handyman was able to come and repair a ceiling leak in a very timely fashion. They were very professional and did an excellent job. I would definitely use them again.
