Ephrem Mekonen responded to me immediately and came to my house within hours. He was polite, professional, courteous, efficient and very reasonably priced. He also voluntarily cleaned up after himself, a rarity these days. I hope I don't ever need a plumber again but if I do I'm going to call Ruth.
