Caution: Unprofessional, shoddy work, unethical business practices

I hired Mike from 4Fast Plumbing to fix a leaky toilet in my home. Cost was $550 and included a 90 day warranty. The toilet was still leaking after he fixed it, so we scheduled a time for him to come back. On the day of the appointment, he didn't show up or call to reschedule. He was a no-call/no-show three consecutive times before I finally hired someone else to complete the work. Mike finally reached out to me via text, but I requested a refund since the work had already been done. He didn't respond to that request and it took another two months (and many attempts) to reach him by phone. At that point, he agreed to a refund, but never sent it. My calls to him since then have gone unanswered and he's made no attempt to reach out and resolve this issue. Don't waste your time or money on this company unless you want to be the victim of unethical business practices and shoddy work which will end up costing you more in the long run.

Great company. They were prompt, attentive, helped explain what the issue with our drain was, and solved the problem quickly and easily. They took great precaution to protect the floor and area near the drain, and couldn't have been more professional in their work. We are incredibly appreciative. Great to know who to call from now on whenever we have a drain issue.

I have to say.. this is an incredible company, Maria, Tim, Tom.. etc are some of the best people that i have ever dealt with. And their techs are top notch.. professional and knowledgeable.
