Sila installed a new AC system in our last home, which included a service contract for twice yearly seasonal checks/prep. Today they repaired and provided maintenance to the AC in our current home. They continue to provide great service through knowledgeable technicians, Technician Lucas diagnosed and repaired our problem in about half an hour. When Lucas suggested an annual service contract for twice yearly seasonal prep and maintenance, with a number of additional perks, we immediately agreed. They may not be the cheapest, but our cost today was fairly reasonable considering the issue; and in our experience they’ve always fixed any problem the first time out. We’ve always found their pricing fair and worth it. It’s hard to find decent, quality HVAC service… we’re fortunate to have found Sila, and highly recommend them.

R&G Plumbing came out to repair a burst pipe. They capped the pipes (for about $300), but did not fix it, telling me they'll come back in a few days. They then quoted me over $4000 to finish the job (we found someone else who did a great job for less than $500). Lastly, they damaged some of the siding when they were working and have refused to fix or replace it. Working with them was a horrible experience. I will never use them again.

Transparency in upfront cost was lacking. I took a loss for having someone come buy and work was not done. To snake a toilet should not cost 500. 00 dollars . And was still charged to have plumber come to house.
