Worse than 1 Star! DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE! They lie about the cost then cheat you. Here's the ugly detail. I had this guy (co-owner mind you) give me a quote (unfortunately not in writing) to inspect my work have it cleared for the city ($200). So I did the work, he came by and looked at it (10 minutes), went to the city and pulled a permit. everything was fine until he sent me a bill for $500!!! he said it took him 2.5 hours to drive 7 miles to city hall and another 1.5 hours for the work THAT I DID!. I told him that was dishonest. He said he had to charge someone for his time. DO NOT USE THESE GUYS!!! They are liars and cheats.

Michael Green was the contractor hired for our Sheetrock repair. He quoted a fair price from the start. As he walked around the house he found additional points of concern and fixed them as well with no additional costs. His work is of good quality and I would recommend him to friends and family.
One lasting touch, was his request to adjust our front door,as it was catching on the top left portion. He fixes it says thanks for the opportunity for business and leaves the job site.

My shower drain had been gurgling for months so I decided to call Precision Plumbing to check it out. They came by and jetted as well as putting a camera down the drain and ultimately discovering that the issue was in the way my drain was reconstructed when I converted from a tub to a walk in shower.

The employees, Justin and Drew, could have not been any nicer throughout this whole thing. Very thorough young men both in their work ethics and their explanation to me. Would I recommend them? Oh, heck yeah.

I had a bad experience with A-1 American Plumbing when I had a clogged laundry drain recently that made me not trust anyone. They told me they would have to take the trap off & bring a machine to clean out the pipe & it would cost me $685. He didn't do anything & I had to pay them $78.50 just for coming here. My son took the P trap off & pulled the lint out & it drains perfectly now. I posted a request on Nextdoor for a good, honest plumber when my double kitchen sink clogged & got several recommendations & Discount Plumbing was one of them. Mike & another guy from Discount Plumbing came today & did what A-1 American had described & had it fixed in about an hour & charged me only $124! I was so relieved & happy. They are the only company I plan to call for future repairs. They provided fast service & the young men that came here were friendly, polite, wore their masks correctly the entire time and were the honest experienced plumbers that I had hoped for. The young lady that works in the office was very pleasant & helpful too. I highly recommend Discount Plumbing.

I am very impressed with Guy Smith Heating and Cooling. My AC wasn't producing much hot air and there were some pretty cold nights in January and February. Due to my job, I was gone a lot, but when I finally called, their customer service was easy to work with and they were able to send a technician out later that day. I received an automated text with the technicians name and an alert when when he was on his way. Jon Shaffer was a professional through and through. As a hands-on guy with minimal HVAC knowledge, I had tons of questions. He didn't mind me tagging along up in the crawl space and asking him everything I was curious about. He walked me through everything he was checking out. After inspecting both the air handler and the heat pump, we discovered a refrigerant leak and a worn out heating element. Jon took all the time I needed to talk through everything. From how long I plan to live at this house, the expansion plans with an extra room, to family needs and lifestyle. And we discussed all the options, from leak detection, refrigerant filling and equipment repair costs in relation to my foreseen time in this house and taking into consideration the future sale of the property and how old the system would be at the time; as well as total system replacement. We crawled around the other crawl space access and talked out relocating the air handler to get it out of the cramped location it was currently in. We walked around the house discussing the ideal relocation of the heat pump for my house expansion plans. I think we walked through every possible option in preceding forward. All in all, he was here for over 3 hours when the inspection only took him 1/2 hour. The rest was all answering my questions. I ended up deciding to replace the system and am happy with the decisions we settled on.Thomas Britton and his crew showed up two days later to install the new system. They were polite and went right to work. They laid drop clothes to protect my hardwood floors. They successfully removed the old system and installed the new system in one day and I was enjoying my warm house by nightfall. The installation looks very clean and neat.Nobody is happy about dropping a lot of money for an unplanned home repair. But having a good experience with a company's customer service and the field technicians makes a world of difference. I am glad I chose Guy Smith Heating and Cooling and will definitely call them in the future when I begin to add the extra room.

Randon was very professional and knowledgeable. He replaced our main shut off valve quickly and also provided insight into things we should keep on eye on with our plumbing set up.

Aron and Travis did a great job of assessing the best way to plumb our Cat Genie into the laundry room sink. Thay used a special drainpipe with a dishwasher tee in the drain line for the Cat Genie waste line. They hooked up the cold-water line and used a special flexible drain trap to handle the trapping and the configuration differences from a standard u-trap.
The work is neat, clean, tidy, and not visible. This project went very smoothly from beginning to end. It cleaned up a tripping hazard, eliminated a water hose line and waste line eyesore, and made the maintenance more practical because of the increased movability of the Cat Genie itself.

Came to my house with a buyer without authorization from the homeowner. He created a hole in my tub then tried to write a quote for it. He refuses to fix it even though I have pictures that he caused it because it wasn’t there 2 days before during the professional home inspection: called him to give him an opportunity to fix it and obviously he isn’t insured. Will be taking him to small claims court!!! Don’t use him. He is a scammer!!!!
