James M. was on time and very professional. He and his assistant Tim rebuilt two toilets and did a major repair on a tub drain issue. While the work was not cheap - you get what you pay for. I was highly satisfied with the results.

Aron and Travis did a great job of assessing the best way to plumb our Cat Genie into the laundry room sink. Thay used a special drainpipe with a dishwasher tee in the drain line for the Cat Genie waste line. They hooked up the cold-water line and used a special flexible drain trap to handle the trapping and the configuration differences from a standard u-trap.
The work is neat, clean, tidy, and not visible. This project went very smoothly from beginning to end. It cleaned up a tripping hazard, eliminated a water hose line and waste line eyesore, and made the maintenance more practical because of the increased movability of the Cat Genie itself.

Run, don't call. The plumber sent out did not know the system, and the cost was 3 times as much as it should have been. Then the plumbing part failed within 60 days, and it was returned to the warehouse where the owner got a refund for the bad part. This was verified from the manufacture. The owner promised a refund and to adjust my bill. Never happened. He is still promising to return the money he pocketed from the manufacture after 5 months. I called in another plumber to repair my issue after waiting weeks for Blessings. Having an answering service is not customer service. Stay away.

I've been a homeowner for years and I cannot say enough good things about this company. I called them about a slab water leak and they were very responsive. What should have been a job that took a couple of hours escalated (through no fault of their own) into what turned out to be two days of digging and repair work. They encountered significant plumbing design flaws and what turned out to be four leaks and not just one; yet they worked professionally and with a positive attitude throughout the entire process. Rob Bertolino was very hands-on onsite every step of the way; my calls & texts were always answered immediately. Rather than take the easy way out, they confined the floor excavation to one bathroom and avoided digging up any of our kitchen tile. In the end, they fixed a very difficulty problem and at a very fair price. I will not hesitate to call them again for any plumbing needs.

After hours of calling other companies, Ali-Cor was at our house within an hour of reaching them. Our main water valve was broken and they were able to quickly fix it and get our water back on! They were very professional and did amazing work.

I specifically chose this place because of the reputation of them based on their google reviews, however.... i cant agree with any of them. I made an appointment last week needing a quote (not work performed) but a quote to have a gas line run and it was scheduled today between the hours of 8 and 12. I call around 11 to get an update to see when they were planning to come because I had taken the morning off of work, and at that time they told me the plumber was in Williamsburg and was still on the job that needed about 45 minutes on top of 25-30 minute travel time to get to my house. It is now 5:48pm and not once have I received a phone call from the plumber nor the office stating that they were coming to do the estimate or whether an issue came up and needed to reschedule. We are on a time crunch to purchase appliances.... the sale expires tomorrow, so now not only do I miss out on the sale, but have absolutely NO IDEA how much it costs to run a line to determine whether or not we should purchase the gas stove that I would like or just a regular one like we have. I have already sold our current stove and those people are awaiting the call to come and pick it up. So, I've called other plumbers in the area and they don't have an appt soon enough so here we are back to square one.... so thanks for that!

This was a difficult plumbing situation in an older home with my elderly mom. From the first phone call your company lived up to the name A-1 American. Everyone we spoke to on the phone was polite and honest and what was promised was delivered. Shaun, the plumber, was fantastic. Because of the age and condition of the plumbing this could have been very expensive for us but Shaun saved us money and corrected the problem at a reasonable cost. Outrageous pricing! Repairman was nice and courteous but $370 for an hour is too much. He apologized for being fast when I mentioned this but the issue is they charge too much for the job (clean out aerator and snake a drain) not that he was too speedy! Never should have switched plumbers!
