Excellent. We have been using Atomic Plumbing for years. They are consistently excellent which is a tribute to the owner, management and technicians they employ. Justin and Will came out for this call - they were respectful, knowledgeable and efficient and got a complicated drain system for a condo complex cleaned out and restored to service promptly. The also took all the recommended CDC recommendations for Covid transmission prevention and properly and extensively protected the apartment infrastructure from being impacted by their work. Just first class all the way. Chelsea was the receptionist/dispatcher - comms were excellent and efficient and she kept us up to date on scheduling. You just can't go wrong with Atomic Plumbing for any plumbing job big or small. Highly recommended.

Mike did an excellent job installing our son's kitchen cabinets earlier this week. He is very dependable and does great work.

Edit: Repeat customer! Replacement of wax ring and resetting of a second toilet to fix a sneaky leak was quickly and expertly done. Our tech, Brian, was professional and courteous, returning in deteriorating weather later the same day to repair a leak that was inconsistent in its presentation, and Tricia, in the office was so understanding and delightful. Service was very reasonably priced too. Wouldn't call anywhere for plumbing issues.

Analysis of, and repair/replacement of leaking toilet was accomplished in less than 48 hours. Our service tech, Ricky Rivers, was excellent! Professional, courteous, honest, efficient, very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Will definitely request him for any future plumbing problems. Robin at Baybreeze made a shocking number of mistakes when hired to fix an exterior gas leak, dragging out what should have been done in 3 days to a full 3 weeks.

After ‘fixing’ the leak the first time, we learned from the city that his work failed inspection, and the lines were still leaking. After ‘fixing’ it a second time, VBG turned our gas back on, but the technician discovered an uncapped line spilling out beneath our deck. Had the technician not caught this and corrected Robin’s negligence, the consequences could have easily been catastrophic for us.

After coming out a third time, the leaks were finally fixed and the lines capped, but he proceeded to install a valve he’d removed earlier for no clear reason (it wasn’t the one leaking) in the wrong spot, and we ended up once again with gas cut off to our gas pack furnace, and our tankless water heater.

After all of this was finally settled, he proceeded to overcharge us by about $250 above what we’d agreed upon, citing the cost of a second pressure test (a test that would not have been necessary had he simply done his job right the first, or even second time around).

Robin was full of excuses at every turn, but all in all, based on my experience he and his company did not demonstrate the competence or reliability necessary to safely work on natural gas. I feel he left my home and my family at risk, and I cannot recommend that anyone hire him in the future.

Roto-Rooter has provided my family and I the best plumbing service that I have ever dealt with. The plumber was absolutely professional, and extremely patient with me as I asked questions while he worked. I am extremely pleased with the service I received, and definitely will recommend their service to anyone who needs their plumbing fixed.

I called for AC service and expected it to take a while with the recent heat we have had. I received a callback within an hour. They had someone on site within 4-5 hours. My AC was back up and at a very fair price. I had them back a few days later to install several electrical outlets. I would highly recommend Colonial home services.

Garnet is a very people oriented person and his hand skills are outstanding. Did a terrific job in a short amount of time and cleaned up after himself. He kept me calm while he did the work , by his personality. I will certainly call Roto router again and ask for Garnet.

Todd was friendly and professional. He set an appointment and called me when he was on his way. He respected my home by using drop cloths to protect the floors and wiping his feet on the outside mat each time he came inside. When I called him for about 3 of my plumbing jobs, he was always early, walk me through from start to finish. He was very reasonable on his prices and he is my go to plumber. This is the man to take care of all plumbing and gas issues and projects.

I specifically chose this place because of the reputation of them based on their google reviews, however.... i cant agree with any of them. I made an appointment last week needing a quote (not work performed) but a quote to have a gas line run and it was scheduled today between the hours of 8 and 12. I call around 11 to get an update to see when they were planning to come because I had taken the morning off of work, and at that time they told me the plumber was in Williamsburg and was still on the job that needed about 45 minutes on top of 25-30 minute travel time to get to my house. It is now 5:48pm and not once have I received a phone call from the plumber nor the office stating that they were coming to do the estimate or whether an issue came up and needed to reschedule. We are on a time crunch to purchase appliances.... the sale expires tomorrow, so now not only do I miss out on the sale, but have absolutely NO IDEA how much it costs to run a line to determine whether or not we should purchase the gas stove that I would like or just a regular one like we have. I have already sold our current stove and those people are awaiting the call to come and pick it up. So, I've called other plumbers in the area and they don't have an appt soon enough so here we are back to square one.... so thanks for that!
