I called Cecilia's Home Repair a little after 8 a.m. and the technician, Michael, was at my house in an hour. He was fast and knowledgeable and took his time to explain the issue. The fee was half the amount my previous plumber quoted. I would definitely recommend their company!

This is the first time I've used Sean Fixes Johns. I had originally needed a very small repair, but as often happens, once you dive into a small problem you find other damage. Sean got the problem fixed in a timely manner and the price was fair for the work performed. I would recommend him to others.

Edit: Repeat customer! Replacement of wax ring and resetting of a second toilet to fix a sneaky leak was quickly and expertly done. Our tech, Brian, was professional and courteous, returning in deteriorating weather later the same day to repair a leak that was inconsistent in its presentation, and Tricia, in the office was so understanding and delightful. Service was very reasonably priced too. Wouldn't call anywhere for plumbing issues.

Analysis of, and repair/replacement of leaking toilet was accomplished in less than 48 hours. Our service tech, Ricky Rivers, was excellent! We couldn’t have asked for a better experience! We found our water heater leaking late in the day. After calling a few places and having to wait a couple of weeks for service, we reached out to A-1 and they were able to send someone out within a couple of hours. Matt came by and quickly diagnosed the issue. We ended up needing a new water heater and Matt patiently explained our options, and answered all of my questions so we fully understood everything before we made a decision. Ultimately we chose a tankless water heater. Matt saw we had 3 kids and made every effort to get us on the schedule for the next day, without us asking. The next day he arrived on time and got right to work. He ended up finishing before expected, made sure everything was in working order and that I understood everything before he left. I appreciated his professionalism, good attitude and that he treated me with respect. You could tell he truly loves his job. We are so glad we chose to call A-1 and won’t hesitate to call again in the future.
