they were easy to get in touch with and personable however, i paid for a clog to be cleared and in clearing the original clog another was caused that didn’t exist prior to having them come out. i’m sure overall bay breeze does good work but i was unhappy with the work i received.

edit: they did come to my house. the tech was named justin and i spoke to robin on the phone. i have the charge on my account for bay breeze plumbing. 🙂

The guy came was very nice! When I called for an emergency, they came really fast to repair and find an issue w my toilet backed up.I gave a low rate because they said roots is the caused so I hired another plumber to take a look at and ask for a quote, trying to compare the price to this company. Then.... the guy literally showed me a camera there's no roots or anything else in the pipe... so if I didn't hire someone else and I will be so scammed out of this company. 😔

We are so impressed with the service we received from Matthew M. and Dominique over the 3 days they were here. Not only were they professional, they were also polite, kind, and knowledgeable. They kept us completely in the loop the entire time they were in our home. They always arrived on time and put in long hours to get our new HVAC system in place and running. We did run into an issue with the system that was not identified when we purchased and American Mechanical took total responsibility for it and made things right by doing the additional work and not charging us for it. World class service! I highly recommend this company! We felt like Matthew and Dominique were family by the time they left! I will be requesting them anytime I need service!

As a new homeowner, I called my gtb father-in-law when we had a water leak, figuring he’d know of a good plumber in Virginia Beach to help us. We took his advice to call Rob Bertolini Plumbing & Heating without question and were almost shocked when Jason and Tony exceeded all of our expectations. They were downright professional. After the fact, I checked out the company’s website and thought that everything listed in their “Why Hire Us” section rang true. Thank you guys and especially to Jason, who also let us know of other services they provide, so we now know who to call in the future for various heating/plumbing needs!

Recently had them come out to property and camera a drain that runs from the house to creek nearby. Camera showed blockage, serviceman was very helpful. The following day they came to jet the line. The first attempt failed to give any indication of exit point and clear the line. The 2nd attempt located the exit point buried 2 ft in mud. Identified the problem and set up the property to prevent flooding. Appreciate their customer service for their help.

Todd is now my go to plumber. He's quick to respond and came when he said. He fixed a leak on my hose outlet, unclogged my washer drain and one of my sink drains. His prices are good and don't break the bank. On top of that he's a good guy who loves his family!! Call him.

When I called him for about 3 of my plumbing jobs, he was always early, walk me through from start to finish. He was very reasonable on his prices and he is my go to plumber. This is the man to take care of all plumbing and gas issues and projects.

Terrible experience called to report a problem of the work that was done and the manager never let me talk and hanged up on me so unprofessional. Would never recommend them. Now my new kitchen has mold from the work that was done.
