I was extremely happy with my service by them. Matt came out, with short notice, and inspected my problem bathrooms, checked my cleanout in the yard, made sure everything was cleared out and left me with flushing toilets and draining sinks. I’d definitely refer friends and family their direction.

Atomic Plumbing is amazing. I have used them twice in the last year. Both times I had bad pipes leaking in the garage. Justin R. was the technician to come both times. He was quick in arriving which is helpful when water is going everywhere. He is very professional and explained everything to me while fixing everything in a timely manner. The service is great. The people are are too. Scheduling is great also. But it’s gonna hit you in the pockets a little bit. But you get what you pay for.

Robin at Baybreeze made a shocking number of mistakes when hired to fix an exterior gas leak, dragging out what should have been done in 3 days to a full 3 weeks.

After ‘fixing’ the leak the first time, we learned from the city that his work failed inspection, and the lines were still leaking. After ‘fixing’ it a second time, VBG turned our gas back on, but the technician discovered an uncapped line spilling out beneath our deck. Had the technician not caught this and corrected Robin’s negligence, the consequences could have easily been catastrophic for us.

After coming out a third time, the leaks were finally fixed and the lines capped, but he proceeded to install a valve he’d removed earlier for no clear reason (it wasn’t the one leaking) in the wrong spot, and we ended up once again with gas cut off to our gas pack furnace, and our tankless water heater.

After all of this was finally settled, he proceeded to overcharge us by about $250 above what we’d agreed upon, citing the cost of a second pressure test (a test that would not have been necessary had he simply done his job right the first, or even second time around).

Robin was full of excuses at every turn, but all in all, based on my experience he and his company did not demonstrate the competence or reliability necessary to safely work on natural gas. I feel he left my home and my family at risk, and I cannot recommend that anyone hire him in the future.

They ran 2 different blades to cut up the roots in our sewer drainage pipe. After, there was no poo water backing up into our half bath. That was super great. We appreciate the job getting done. Thank you.

Mike and Tony worked on my home's plumbing over a 2 day, 4 hour period. They worked through a difficult issue to clear a pair of conjoined drain pipes and fix leaks I've dealt with for years. They where on time, quick (but did the job right), and very courteous. Mike offered options for me, and communicated what was needed and what was going to happen before the job started, which I really appreciated. I will absolutely use A1 in the future and I feel I can trust them moving forward.

I have not used American mechanical yet, as I am currently just gathering estimates to replace my HVAC system. However, from start to finish they have been professional and easy to work with. Scot F. came to my house to give me a free estimate, and he did a very thorough job inspecting my old system and reviewing with me all of the ins and outs of installing a new system. He was not pushy at all but very informative and knowledgeable of what needs to be done. I appreciate that he did not try to upsell a bunch of stuff that I did not need. Their prices are also very competitive. If you're looking for a new HVAC system I would definitely check into American Mechanical!

These guys are pros . They don’t charge you by the hour. They have flat rates. The guy coming to your place been doing it for twenty years or more. They just did a job for me that would’ve cost me $400 if I went through someone else. They did it for much less. These guys are great.

They checked my problem out, explained what I needed and what they would do, did it in proper time and cleaned up.

Kelvin is officially a miracle worker. We had other plumbers come to the home to have a gas line placed. Literally the first plumber walked in and walked out and said it could not be done. Kelvin showed up after hearing our story and was determined to find a way. He efficiently checked for alternative options to assure the fireplace could become a possibility. To make matters worst we had a dead possum under the house he needed to bypass just to install our line. And he did it all while not complaining. We now have a cozy fireplace he helped us to set up in place. Kelvin gets it done. Officially our families only plumber. Thanks so much Kelvin. We are so happy to finally have our dream fireplace and all because this plumber does not stop until he gets it done perfectly 👏🏼.

Terrible experience called to report a problem of the work that was done and the manager never let me talk and hanged up on me so unprofessional. Would never recommend them. Now my new kitchen has mold from the work that was done.
