they were easy to get in touch with and personable however, i paid for a clog to be cleared and in clearing the original clog another was caused that didn’t exist prior to having them come out. i’m sure overall bay breeze does good work but i was unhappy with the work i received.

edit: they did come to my house. the tech was named justin and i spoke to robin on the phone. i have the charge on my account for bay breeze plumbing. 🙂

Absolutely the best experience, I would recommend them to anyone. Very responsive and gave me a breakdown on costs before hand. Ben gave me a call with an approximate arrival time, showed up on time and did an amazing job. I also really appreciated that he took pictures of not only what was wrong, but of the completed repair before reinstalling the toilet. You can’t beat the price for the quality of work you receive.

I had Manny and Justin come to complete my job which turned into a bigger job than I thought due to the blockage in my pipe being caused by rust. They were friendly, professional, quick and worked efficiently. They were well mannered and pretty forgiving of my dogs who wanted to investigate. They cleaned up their area after finishing the job and put everything back as it was. They came prepared and explained everything they were doing as they switched tactics. I will use this business again if I have any more plumbing needs.

Great guy friendly, fair, clean and thorough

Lindsey Brothers came out to my Father in laws house on Christmas Eve morning and fixed his heating problem within an hour. He had been told by another company they couldn't come until the 27th which meant no heat or hot water for 5 days.
