I had a clogged kitchen sink. Called A-1 and they had someone out within the hour. Glenn came out and he was very professional, friendly, and focused on the job. He immediately diagnosed the problem and unclogged my sink. He also too the time to educate me on the proper use of a garbage disposal. I will definitely call A-1 again!!

Timothy came out diagnosed the issue and solved the problem in a timely fashion. He was very professional and knowledgeable. I recommend, and will be calling on Timothy for future plumbing concerns.

Although we had some communication hiccups in between visits, the technicians on site & supervisors were professional & knowledgeable. They went above and beyond to get our issue fixed, resolve/make up for the issues, and make sure we had the information we need for next steps to prevent further issues. I highly DO NOT recommend this company. Their service tech JASON. Is rude, impatient and does not show up on time. Our second appointment was between 12-2pm and he showed up at 1030 am making us stop what we were doing without proper notice. The first time he was an hour late. This service tech diagnosed our water heater and said that the water heater was leaking and the pipes within the wall. He said he would write that all in the ticket for service. Came out to service it and only replaced the water heater. He did not connect to see if it even worked because he wanted an electrician to connect it because they don't do electrical work. We hired an electrician and he connected it. When the heater was turned on we quickly found out the piping connecting to the water heater never got fixed. We called them back and they wanted another service charge for coming out with a bad attitude saying he never said anything about the pipes before. He was upset and lost his temper when I argued that he did mention this problem before and it was never fixed. A complete scam. PLEASE do not support this company that holds these kind of business standards.
