Not completely satisfied with the service. I called for a main line clogged. Before I called A1 I called the city to see if it was on their end and the city informed me it was a upstairs main line issue. I called the office explained the findings and was told a reasonable time a technician would arrive. I called on a Sunday after hours so i was charged for emergency services, which I didn't have a problem with. The technician was friendly, and professional. I explained to him the problem, and that my tub was backed up, and the kitchen was flooded because of it. I informed him I attempted to snake the drain and told him of all the details. I did not observe him work because I wanted to give him space. About a half an hour he was finished, my tub was no longer backed up and my toilets flushed. I thanked him for being efficient and effective and he even gave me a military discount. I thought that was the end of it but 5 days later discovered my main line was backed up again. I called and explained it was the same issue as before and was told it was under warranty and can get a technician out on Monday. The technician came, I explained what was going on, he took a look at it but unfortunately did not have the proper tools. He then informed me that my former issue was documented incorrectly and was not under warranty. Maybe I should have made sure I received proper documentation originally. Thier was definitely a breakdown in communication, i have no issue with the technicians but with the company as a whole. I wouldn't recommend this service, which is very unfortunate because the have some great people working for them.

If you ever need a plumber, this is the one to call! They come day or night. There staff is also so professional and rates reasonable.

We were very impressed with the quick service. They called us right away. It was late at night and we thought we would have to wait till the next day. They were at our house within 2 hours as promised. We received a senior discount and that helped us a lot. The young man also gave us some helpful info to prevent future problems. We will call again if needed.

My water heater was leaking and they came right out to fix it . I recommend them for plumbing for your business or house . These guys are good

Terry and Trey did a great job cleaning out 60 year old cast iron piping. Also gave valuable advice about water underneath house. Clean up was excellent.

This is the ABSOLUTE worst experience I have ever had with a company. If I could give this company 0 stars I would. They were supposed to be coming out to fix my hot water heater for OVER a month. I spoke with the owner personally and expressed the two times the company flaked on us and he promised he would be there Monday. To my surprise a THIRD no show on us by the OWNER. I tried calling the company back and conveniently no one answers the phone. Then to make matters worse, they put the job as complete with my home warranty company when they never even showed up for the job. This company is UNprofessional and a SCAM!! Please please save yourself the time and frustration and go elsewhere.
