In resolving the issue, he discovered that our main sewer line was cracked. He called in a camera specialist (Russell Vette) who drove out to the location, found the broken pipe and scheduled us for a timely repair tomorrow morning. Awesome service all around!

My home warranty company schedule an appointment with TCP Plumbing & Drains to fix a leak in one of my rental properties. I received a call from TCP to confirm that they had received the work order and to confirm the appointment. On the day of the appointment, no one showed up nor I didn't receive a phone call. I left two voicemail messages and have yet to receive a call back. My home warranty company attempted to contact them to see what was going on -- and received no response. 0 out of 10, do not recommend.
