I called Precision Plumbing for a second opinion/evaluation on a leaking pipe that the first company told me would be a half day job which would involve removing my water heater and cutting a hole in my wall to access the leaking pipe. I called Precision Plumbing and Zack arrived in half an hour, assessed the situation, found the leak, removed a section of wall through my den and the leak was repaired within 20 minutes. Big thanks to Zack and owner Paul for a company you can truly depend on with true professional technicians that know what they're doing. Zack was fantastic! Thanks again.

My wife and I had Gary Banks as our plumber. He is highly commendable. He is polite, professional and personable. When shown the problem he offered multiple cost effective solutions and discussed the pros and cons of each. I liked how he was willing to educate me through the process and offered tips for home repair in the future. He is a treasure to Roto-Rooter plumbing and it was a privilege to have his service.

You guys should absolutely be ashamed of yourselves. Tried to charge me $2600 to have a FIRST floor EASILY accessible hot water heater replaced. Charged me $250 to come take measurements and then drop this awful bill on me. I got it replaced by a reputable company, for $750...that’s it. That includes materials, labor, and everything. I understand people need to make money. But this is absolutely ludicrous and I told you that on the phone. I’m embarrassed for you that you gouge others like that.

When my central water line valve went out today, I called Roto-Rooter because I have used them in the past for my plumbing needs and always been more than satisfied. Their technician was at my door in less than two hours and he was polite, straightforward and installed a new valve quickly and professionally. I will continue to call Roto-Rooter for all my plumbing needs. I have lived in the Norfolk area virtually all my life, and have never hesitated to give them a call.

I hired this company in November/December 2021 to install a hand washing sink which is still not finish as of today 2/16/2021. In the span of 3 months and 4 appointments. The 3 appointments they showed up and started working, they would make excuse in the middle of the job to go get needed materials, but they wouldn't come back to finish the job. The 4th appointment, they didn't show up at all.
Overall, I would not recommend this company. Save yourself time, frustration, and headaches and use a better company out there.
