I had a burst water line and called Atomic based on a recommendation. First, the customer service over the phone from Deanna was great. The work performed by Atomic was outstanding. Randy C. was courteous and professional and did a great job of not only fixing the problem, but he also explained what happened. We have used Harrison’s plumbing for two years now and never plan on using someone else again! We have used countless plumbers in Hampton Roads and always were unsatisfied with them at one point or another. We have found that customer service, timeliness, and the actual work done are all top notch. He has answered the phone in after-hour emergencies, he has used parts that he was saving for hi/ home on ours when we encountered product shortages and shipping delays, and he has shown up to any job - small or big- with a positive attitude. Mike responded within minutes to our request for an estimate. I sent pictures of our roof damage and he was able to quote me via text. We had damage from TS Michael and needed some siding repaired/shingles replaced. The damage ended up being more in person so his quote only went up by $50 from the original - which was super reasonable. We just had to pick up the shingles and basically pay for labor. He came out to perform the work the next morning - super responsive. He said he's been doing work for more than 30 years and we felt his level of experience/professionalism the entire time. I had a gas leak in my hot water heater line and called the gas company at the smell of gas. A worked from Virginia Natural gas come to my home, detected the leak and red ragged my meter. That's when I called Discount Plumbing and was assigned Mike. Mike arrived a my home the same day I called and in a timely fashion. He was knowledgeable, professional and knew his trade. He quickly repaired the leak and set my gas lines up for a pressure test. He explained the process of obtaining a permit and having the city inspector come to my home. All of the paperwork was completed by Discount Plumbing on their end and I had my hot water turned on after only 2 days. I would recommend Discount Plumbing to anyone and I plan on using them again should I need plumbing services in the future.

I have only worked with Mr. Raymond briefly so far, but he will be handling a plumbing issue at a property I own in the area.. He was super helpful, polite, and knowledgeable on the phone it is nice to have that with a contractor - they are often times rushed, rude, and lacking in detail. Approximately 3 days ago I arrived at my home after driving 9hrs at around 3am to find that I had a massive leak that I later learned was my supply line. Never having had to deal with this before, I obviously freaked out and got the water turned off. Later that morning after calling multiple plumbers local to the Norfolk and Virginia Beach area I had one come out from a different company (NOT MR. ROOTER) that immediately wanted to charge me $3.5k just to break up concrete and look for the leak. He did not turn the water on, or so much as shine a flashlight on the area I said water was coming from. The next company wanted me to do leak detection through a 3rd party first and then have them do the repair, the leak detection was quoted to be about $500, most other places charge much less.

This is significant because Mr. Zhane Albrecht from Mr. Rooter not only found the leak that was actually located above ground, but explained to me how the damage occurred, why it occurred and how he was going to fix it. This guy is the walking epitome of customer service and satisfaction, he wasn't pushy and you could tell he was advising on matters as if it were his own home which speaks volumes to his character as a professional that cares about people.

Rarely is it ever a good circumstance to have to call out a plumber, but through the unfortunate issue I had, I was thankful I had somebody knowledgeable and honest enough to see me through to the other side WITHOUT trying to rake me over the coals. Thanks Zhane, you're the man!

Quality of work is definitely great, but he always seems very grumpy and is not a pleasure to be around. Was glad when the work was completed and he was gone. Also, he's not very good at cleaning up after himself. My friend went through a contractor that also used him, and his story was the same as mine.

Absolutely great service! Scott and Jason did a wonderful job amending our plumbing for our ice maker. Only called a day before and Kristen was able to send them out the very next day. Very pleased and highly recommend!
