We were kept informed & updated on everything from receiving a detailed estimate, being able to invoice/pay securely online, to even sending text and emails when the team was in route. The work(dry wall and trim repair/replacement) was excellent. When everything was completed the area where the work was done looked as if no one was ever there-spotless. I highly recommend ZLine and we will continue to use them as part of our home care team going forward.

Edit: Repeat customer! Replacement of wax ring and resetting of a second toilet to fix a sneaky leak was quickly and expertly done. Our tech, Brian, was professional and courteous, returning in deteriorating weather later the same day to repair a leak that was inconsistent in its presentation, and Tricia, in the office was so understanding and delightful. Service was very reasonably priced too. Wouldn't call anywhere for plumbing issues.

Phillip with American Mechanical did a great job for me today. He solved problems with toilets, hot water heaters, and outdoor faucets. I am extremely pleased! I love the new Toto toilets, and the expansion tank on the hot water heater has solved the pipe shudder trouble. Phillip completely rebuilt a bathtub/shower faucet from the 1980s to correct a leak. I am very grateful!
