We have used Harrison’s plumbing for two years now and never plan on using someone else again! We have used countless plumbers in Hampton Roads and always were unsatisfied with them at one point or another. He has answered the phone in after-hour emergencies, he has used parts that he was saving for hi/ home on ours when we encountered product shortages and shipping delays, and he has shown up to any job - small or big- with a positive attitude. Mike responded within minutes to our request for an estimate. I sent pictures of our roof damage and he was able to quote me via text. We had damage from TS Michael and needed some siding repaired/shingles replaced. The damage ended up being more in person so his quote only went up by $50 from the original - which was super reasonable. We just had to pick up the shingles and basically pay for labor. He came out to perform the work the next morning - super responsive. He said he's been doing work for more than 30 years and we felt his level of experience/professionalism the entire time. Called Johnny on Sunday late afternoon. He said he would get someone out Monday morning. He called me back and asked if I had called the City of Norfolk. He said they would cover if it was their system. They came out and it was a clog between the house and sewage line. Johnny sent out Brian Monday morning. They arrived early and got it all fixed. Good price too.
