The plumber that came out to help us was Shawn. I am a do it yourself kind of guy and have fixed a number of problems with the plumbing myself, but when the water was coming out the cleanout and I needed a professional opinion I called roto-rooter for just that. I just wanted a pro to confirm my suspicion as to where the clog was, but I got a whole lot more. Shawn showed up on time for the appointment I made the day before... 5:30 - 6:00 and working in the service industry I know how hard it is to hit nthat window. He listened to everything I had done to narrow down where the issue of the clog was and then he did his own trobleshooting. I really appreciated him showing me what he was doing and taking his time with making sure things were understandable and was working to help me make a decision. He ended up snaking the drain with the electric snake and I was glad he did it because now I know there clear. not only did I see him do the work and had a good understanding of what was going on, but then he showed me every inch of the line with his digital plumber camera that went into the pipe. WOW...what a great job Shawn did and he educated me along the way. I have had roto-rooter do work for me on another home I owned and it seems like every one of my experiences has been a good one. Thanks again for honest work at a resonable price.

I called A1 Sewer & Drain frantic on a Friday morning because a pipe was leaking in my crawlspace. I found their contact information through Thumbtack, and gave them a call right away. From my first interaction with their scheduling staff, I was reassured that they would be able to come fix my problem, and that they would be able to come that day (some other companies that I also contacted would not be able to come until the next week, of course unless I wanted them to come for an emergency appointment and charge me an arm and a leg to do so). The technician who helped with my problem, Zach, was very professional and extremely knowledgeable! He walked me through every step of the process, and pointed out some things that may need my attention in the future. As a first time homeowner, having situations like a burst pipe cause a lot of stress and worry. But with the great service that I received from Zach and A1 Sewer & Drain, I know that help is just a phone call away! I will definitely be using them again for my plumbing needs.

Jim was the only call I got back on the day after Christmas. My family and I were without heat or water. Within two hours he had us up and running, with recommendation to ensure our faulty pipe didn’t bust again. He left the place cleaner than it was found. Jim was professional, informative, and personable.

they did a great job. arrived early and were very polite and neat. found another small issue under the sink (small, but I would not have known how to fix it!) and they addressed it at no additional charge. hope not to have to, but would definitely call them again!

Called to get estimate for my repair, and Tony provided the answer to all my questions & scheduled my appointment right away. Fixed the water pipe under the bathroom faucet in a matter of 15-20 minutes and also showed & explained to me the problem. Was very pleasant!

Fixed my leaking washer valve. Brandon was on time and a true professional. Job was completed in a timely manner and price was very reasonable compare to nearby plumbing. Will use Ali-Cor services again if needed. Highly recommend!
