We have used Harrison’s plumbing for two years now and never plan on using someone else again! We have used countless plumbers in Hampton Roads and always were unsatisfied with them at one point or another. We have found that customer service, timeliness, and the actual work done are all top notch. He has answered the phone in after-hour emergencies, he has used parts that he was saving for hi/ home on ours when we encountered product shortages and shipping delays, and he has shown up to any job - small or big- with a positive attitude. We can count on him for our personal residence and for our rental properties.

I had a great experience with Cecilia's! I called the day of trying to get a same day appointment and much to my surprise, Anthony came not even an hour later. I would recommend Cecilia's to anyone and everyone and if I ever need anything else I will call back in a heartbeat.

We had our Quest pipes replaced by Precision Plumbing. We were told to expect it to be a messy job and it was. We were expecting a mess however, we were not expecting a complete lack of respect for our home. There were several holes cut in walls where there were no pipes, water left standing on wood floors, plastic was put down after they had cut the holes, so it protected nothing, and the holes that were cut, were not in any way straight. We later found out that the person who was cutting the holes had only been on the job for a few weeks and he was not supervised. When we had a leak after they left, I called and was told that I would be charged for an after hours call if they came out. Thankfully my husband was able to stop the water.

As a response to Precision’s response, they did not honor the quote from February, $600 was added to that quote and I was told it was because the price of parts had increased that much from February to June.

Got the job done! Not only that, but when I needed him to come out on a whim to fix something, he came to fix it immediately. Thanks Sean!

Extremely satisfied with the job Aron and Matthew did clearing 70+ feet of sump pump discharge pipe. Multiple clogs. They wouldn’t give up. I’ve never seen two people try to out work one another! I would highly recommend this company and these two guys.

Tonight me and my three kids are at a hotel room because the owner jack I suppose couldn’t wait ten minutes for me to get fast food for my kids because he turned all my water off and left for two hours to get parts which I had no issue with aside from the fact that we can’t cook, poop, or wash our hands. So as I’m leaving to go right at the corner to get food for my kids from McDonald’s he pulls up and I told him I would be right back and I even called his cell and said it would take ten minutes tops. He then yelled saying he wasn’t waiting I was rude etc? Rude how when I’ve been waiting over two hours with a headache and low sugar and hungry kids because I can’t prepare dinner with no water and I didn’t know when he would return because he ignored my text. I was gonna turn around but he left I thought he would be able to understand I could see if I was going to be long and it wasn’t for food. I waited all afternoon for this man to come to my place from 1pm until 3:00 and then another two hours for him to find parts. All I did was call the rent office asking was there a way for me to turn the water back on they said no so I waited another hour and I decided to make a quick run because I wasn’t sure how long he would be so as I’m pulling off I see him and notify him not wanting to force him to turn the water back on and hold him up from working I decide to make a fast food run for the kids. There was no telling how long it would take to fix the plumbing issue. This man has the absolute most horrible customer service I don’t know if it’s because I’m black or what but it left me in tears not to mention my land lord was a total evil witch about it and I pay my rent faithfully never been late. This was a horrible experience. I am now at a hotel with my three kids because he refused to come back and turn the water on. He just left I even apologized but he was so cold hearted he didn’t care or reply to the text. My husband is still at work while all this is taking place we have no water to bathe brush our teeth or anything not even cold water. So I had no choice but to spend money I don’t have for a room, last time I checked leaving someone without water is illegal. I’d like to also note when he came to my home I asked him was the temperature ok would he like a water etc and he would turn around and treat me this way. God has the last say

The water heater in our house on Velva Drive Chesapeake VA was flagged by a house inspector for not having a pan at the base. I reached out to JC plumbing via text messages and they were at the site the next day. Their high level of professionalism and communication forced me to google the company name to rate them. Jeremy quickly diagnosed the problem with our water heater and provided us information on options. He was able to restore our service same day and helped us determine what to do moving forward. As part of his 1 hour call he also fixed a toilet we had problems with.
