My experience was excellent. He quoted the price for labor up front and showed me the prices of items needed to complete the job before he purchased them. He was very friendly and covered his shoes each time he entered the building. He was also clean unlike some other plumbers I have had and prices were good.

We have used Harrison’s plumbing for two years now and never plan on using someone else again! We have used countless plumbers in Hampton Roads and always were unsatisfied with them at one point or another. We have found that customer service, timeliness, and the actual work done are all top notch. He has answered the phone in after-hour emergencies, he has used parts that he was saving for hi/ home on ours when we encountered product shortages and shipping delays, and he has shown up to any job - small or big- with a positive attitude. We can count on him for our personal residence and for our rental properties.

Great job. Called 5 other companies and none of then were able to come today. Called and Anthony came out. My ceiling fan that was hanging by a wire is now working and safe. Even did a plumbing and electrical inspection for me and gave me tons of recommendations. Great job,ten stars.

I had a clogged toilet and he came out to fix it. Not sure what exactly he did, because he never really spoke to me. Then a few days later I realized there was a part inside the toilet that was now missing causing the toilet to run and run. He left my house without even telling me he was done. I wouldn't use him again.

Horrible customer service. I was told someone would arrive between 230 and 430. I received a phone call at 3:30 saying they were running a little bit late. At 6:45 I still had no phone call or update. I called to see what had happened. I was told someone attempted to call me at 4:55. I told them I had no missed call and no voicemail on my phone and wanted them to check that was accurate. I was put on hold the operator came back on the phone and then told me that the plumber was just running late and she would transfer me over to the person who had tried to call me. He was extremely rude said it was my fault and that my phone probably had no service and that he personally called me at 5:05 and left a message (notice the different times I was told and how the story was changed). He said he was sending another plumber out and they would be here within an hour and it would take about two hours to fix. He was not remorseful or sorry at all. Instead tried to lay blame on me. I told him it was extremely poor customer service and that I was very frustrated at the situation as I have a one and three-year-old who need to go to bed and are now going to be kept up until 10 PM. He said that we could reschedule for a different day. However, I was told earlier in the day that a mainline issue took priority and we would be seen as soon as possible and to not use any water. This also caused me to waste my entire afternoon when I could have been out running errands. Do better. Be better.

A1 has always been responsive. Communicative. Honest and on top of their game. They listen, they understand and were very helpful. When there was something in the way of getting the job done. They communicated the issues and helped solved them. We were remodeling our bathrooms and Chris came to fix the plumbing. He was ontime, knowledgable and professional at all times.

Paid 950$ for a thermostat and fuse. Quote cleaning for -$3500 which is too expensive - suggested to purchased a new unit and I managed to call someone for not too expensive service and my AC is now running. Didn’t hire him again for the job instead somebody else.

We reached out to Colonial Home Services for a few projects at our house, such as installing new electric outlets and replacing a ceiling light with a fan. They came out to give us an estimate and afterwards set up another appointment to get the job done. They showed up on time, the price was exactly what they said it would be and they were all really professional and knowledgeable, plus friendly and tidy. They addressed all our concerns and even helped us figure out some issues with the light switches that didn't match the outlets. We'd definitely hire Colonial Home Services again. Super fast and affordable electrical service.
