I called late on a Saturday evening and received an appointment for Monday. My problem was not urgent. I received text alerts and a phone call to confirm my appointment. Chandler Cobb was the service tech. He was extremely professional and very knowledgeable. He explained the problem and process to me. For any plumbing needs in the future, I will DEFINITELY use this company again, and will also recommend to my family and friends.

If you ever need a plumber, this is the one to call! They come day or night. There staff is also so professional and rates reasonable.

I had a toilet with a leak and a dripping tub faucet. I called midday Monday and got a 9am appointment for Tuesday. The phone was answered professionally and I was assured the tech would call before he arrived. Tuesday the tech called on his way and arrived on time. Cameron and helper Trever were neat and friendly. They assessed the two main problems and worked efficiently and professionally. We discussed future work needed. I asked them to look at my kitchen faucet while they were here and they said sure. They were able to correct an issue within 5 minutes. My fiancé and I used Ali-cor after we realized our toilet was having issues flushing (sometimes it would flush and sometimes it wouldn’t) there was also water coming up from our shower every time a toilet would flush. After the tech arrived at the house and took a look he informed us it was a clog and he could fix it using a smaller machine (instead of the larger one). He went and did was he did with the machine and after he assured us the issue was fixed. Not even 2 days later we ran into the same issue that he said was supposed to have been fixed. We called the company back and informed them of the issue and instead of coming out to actually fix the issue they said would be fixed the first time, they told us it would cost the same OR MORE to come out and have the fix the issue again. So we would of had to pay twice for the issue that was supposed to be resolved the first time! Needless to say, we are NOT going to be using this company again nor will we refer them to anyone else seeing as how our issue was never truly resolved. I gave 2 stars because our tech was on time and nice.
