We have used Atomic several times. Every time they are responsive and professional. We have had to use them for emergency same day service on the weekend and they never disappoint.

Run, don't call. The plumber sent out did not know the system, and the cost was 3 times as much as it should have been. Then the plumbing part failed within 60 days, and it was returned to the warehouse where the owner got a refund for the bad part. This was verified from the manufacture. The owner promised a refund and to adjust my bill. Never happened. He is still promising to return the money he pocketed from the manufacture after 5 months. I called in another plumber to repair my issue after waiting weeks for Blessings. Having an answering service is not customer service. Stay away.

Called today and spoke with John about the lack of hot water in my house. He talked me thru a few troubleshooting steps over the phone. He gave great advice and was very courteous with me. After a few hours, it appears we now have hot water again, but if there is any pipe damage from the freezing, we will definitely be contacting and going thru them.

Called in for a Water Heater repair and Brandon showed up promptly. I can’t overstate how thorough the service was. I’d definitely recommend Ali-Cor for further problems. Great service ! Thanks again Brandon for your hard work.
