Best New Construction Plumbing in Virginia Beach VA

I used Z line a couple of years ago, so I decided to go with them again. Terry Dill was wonderful. He took his time and did an awesome job. Will be calling on Terry again.

The associate we dealt with, Ryan, was contracted to examine a leaking water heater by our home warranty company. While the warranty company declined to cover the replacement because of a missing, non-required part, (not Ryan or Drain Masters’ fault by any means), he was pleasant, knowledgeable and professional. We will be cancelling the home warranty but happily call Drain Masters for future service because of our excellent experience with them today.

We called RPG for a relatively small job that ended up turning into a huge job (not RPG's fault). So we ended up seeing a lot more of Patrick, Virginia, and Daryl than we would have wanted to. Fortunately, they are all very friendly, personable, and professional.

They were able to provide a wide amount of services for us, including a mold remediation (that we price compared and was very competitive) and building a couple support pillars for a sagging subfloor. As more and more damage was uncovered and the job grew, they worked with us with payment, providing what we needed for an insurance claim, etc.

The only downside was the length of the project, which was largely because the scope grew beyond the initial estimate and they had to fit us and in and around other scheduled projects, which they did the best they could. I would recommend RPG to anyone looking for quality work and personable customer service.

Both of my toilets became stopped up and I couldn't do laundry because of the clog. Your guy came to my house quickly and was determined not to leave until I had at least one working toilet. He solved the difficult problem, no small challange in an older home, and left me with everything working properly without additional expensive repairs.
