They came out to give us an estimate and afterwards set up another appointment to get the job done. They showed up on time, the price was exactly what they said it would be and they were all really professional and knowledgeable, plus friendly and tidy. They addressed all our concerns and even helped us figure out some issues with the light switches that didn't match the outlets. We'd definitely hire Colonial Home Services again. They responded very quickly to an emergency call on a Saturday that same day. After a short explanation of the problem both technicians quickly identified the problem and fixed it with minimal disruption, saving us both time and money. I would highly recommend them for any plumbing needs.

Pat and Virginia are extremely professional. Not only Do they do things in a timely manner but they give out fair and affordable rates. There was a time when we had a leak with our hard water tank at six in the morning. We called Pat and he was right on his way to help with the emergency we really appreciate there business and professionalism.
