Paid $800 plus dollars for plumbing repairs 5 months ago - 3 times the average it should cost in my area for the same job. Pipes/Drains clogged again. Company says we're out of Warranty! What do you warranty your work for, 30 days? Incredibly disappointed in this Company's policy of not standing by their work. Do not recommend.

After the initial installation of my tankless water heater, I encountered several problems and realized several items had not been completed as they should have during installation. I contacted A1 and they sent their supervisor Justin Kelty out to inspect the job. Justin looked at the issues with me, and immediately started working to rectify all the issues; but most importantly, explaining what he was doing and why. He also conducted a follow-up visit as promised to complete the proper installation of the unit; again going over what was necessary and why he was doing it. Very thorough, very professional job by Justin Kelty, and we have had no further issues. Thank you Justin for the very professional manner in which you completed the job and conducted yourself.

Me and my wife just moved into our home and we were experiencing electrical issues in 2 bedrooms. Sam, our technician, came out and was able to diagnose our issues rather quickly. SCAMMERS!!! Beware of this Company. Got some work done by them. Billed me outrageously for the work and failed to explain the charges by any means, which is SHADY. I work and in the industry and I know what the price range is for this job! In addition, they were unwilling to provide me with receipts for the parts they claim that they purchased to complete the work! SHADY Again!

I can take the high cost of the work as long as I get a detailed explanation! Not wanting to provide basic explanation is by no means acceptable.
