My faucet was missing a part and Joe went above and beyond to find a part the Amazon did not include in my box

We had Mike out over the weekend for our washer drain pipe backing up. We were able to get a same day appointment and he was able to come earlier than we were originally expecting. Really nice and professional guy!

We had a hot water line leak and drain issue and the technicians knew exactly how to complete the repair in a timely fashion. They gave us instructions to stop the water damage until they arrived within 12 hours. I will always call them! Blessings blesses homeowners!

Great experience. My service tech Alex did an extremely awesome job. I call in the afternoon and was serviced an hour later. He was very knowledgeable and work very hard to address my clogging issue. Wish I could give more than just five stars because he did just. Wonderful job. I would highly recommended this company to all my family and friends.

Alonzo was so professional, knowledgeable, personable, nice, and kind. He replaced pipes that were routed wrong under the house, and replaced all the pipes under the sink, unclogged the drains, and all with a friendly smile! He was quick and respectful. He also wore his mask the whole time(he was here a while). Would highly recommend Alonzo at roto rooter over and over!! Thank you so much!!!
