Last month Tony and Son re-piped sections of our upstairs plumbing where a crack had formed near the main stack. We had been plagued with upstairs plumbing issues for awhile that ruined a large section of our ceiling. Another plumber had come out to our house four times, but we kept having leaks. Tony quickly pinpointed the problem and was able to fix it that day. Finally, no more leaks and we were able to repair our ceiling. Last week we had a leak in our water main which is located under our driveway near the street. Employees from the city came out to look and said we were responsible for fixing it. There was no question who I would call. Tony and son fixed the leak quickly with minimal disruption to the surroundings. It is nice to deal with a small family business that cares about its customers. Tony is personable and responds quickly to calls. He carefully explains the problem, the steps he will take to fix it, and the costs involved. My home warranty company schedule an appointment with TCP Plumbing & Drains to fix a leak in one of my rental properties. I received a call from TCP to confirm that they had received the work order and to confirm the appointment. On the day of the appointment, no one showed up nor I didn't receive a phone call. I left two voicemail messages and have yet to receive a call back. My home warranty company attempted to contact them to see what was going on -- and received no response. 0 out of 10, do not recommend.
