Z-Line did great work at my house in Norfolk. He was very responsive and worked with me through lots of challenges. I had a big list of items from a home inspection, and he helped me prioritize and get everything taken care of. Quality work and great communication!

A-1 is always my go to for any plumbing need. The first time I used them I asked how long after the estimate can the work be completed? They replied “we don’t come out to look at it, we come out to fix it”. And guess what they never let me down. They will have a plumber out to you ASAP and your job will be done the same day. Most recently we had Drew come out and install a new water heater. He did a great job! Fast, efficient and friendly. Can’t say enough about this place. Call them!

Never returned my call, made several attempts to call them after initial call where they took my information stating that I would get a call to set up an appointment.

The Roto Rooter duo that showed up to Atlanta Nails this evening were the poster children for if you're going to do something, might as well do it right. Master Plumber Patrick Goad and his assistant, Junior, came to troubleshoot my Navien tankless hotwater heater that was installed 13 months ago. The problem was that the shower water would get hot, but then turn to barely luke warm. Patrick explained each piece of troubleshooting to me and finally determined that the cause was a partially clogged shower head that had reduced the water flow just to the point where the water heater would turn itself off. So, while a simple repair, it took a lot technical ability to locate the root cause. I would 100% recommend Patrick Goad and Junior to anyone for any plumbing repair. I could not be happier.

My fiancé and I used Ali-cor after we realized our toilet was having issues flushing (sometimes it would flush and sometimes it wouldn’t) there was also water coming up from our shower every time a toilet would flush. After the tech arrived at the house and took a look he informed us it was a clog and he could fix it using a smaller machine (instead of the larger one). He went and did was he did with the machine and after he assured us the issue was fixed. Not even 2 days later we ran into the same issue that he said was supposed to have been fixed. We called the company back and informed them of the issue and instead of coming out to actually fix the issue they said would be fixed the first time, they told us it would cost the same OR MORE to come out and have the fix the issue again. So we would of had to pay twice for the issue that was supposed to be resolved the first time! Needless to say, we are NOT going to be using this company again nor will we refer them to anyone else seeing as how our issue was never truly resolved. I gave 2 stars because our tech was on time and nice.
