Very impressed with the professionalism of the 3 A1 employees we worked with. They took their time to explain what was discovered and discussed the options. My piping was under a concrete slab making this a royal painThe concrete had to be hammered up and the filled removed by buckets to expose the damaged piping.We viewed the condition of the surrounding piping to ensure there were no additional areas of concern.
