Excellent service!!!  I used Angie's List and after having different companies to come out to show their products and offer estimates for installation of an entire HVAC system, we decided upon Guy Smith Heating and Cooling of Virginia Bch. They offered a highly qualified system and a more appealing payment plan. From Blake, the sales representative, to the actual technicians/installers, they were all prompt, courteous and professional. I personally want tothank the technicians for their HARD WORK ethics and professional installation of our new central air and heating system. Already, we are super happy with its performance!  Lastly, be safe and exercise precautions while going in and out of people's homes as we live through this COVID-19 pandemic. Blessings to all!

Edit: Repeat customer! Replacement of wax ring and resetting of a second toilet to fix a sneaky leak was quickly and expertly done. Our tech, Brian, was professional and courteous, returning in deteriorating weather later the same day to repair a leak that was inconsistent in its presentation, and Tricia, in the office was so understanding and delightful. Service was very reasonably priced too. Wouldn't call anywhere for plumbing issues.

Analysis of, and repair/replacement of leaking toilet was accomplished in less than 48 hours. Our service tech, Ricky Rivers, was excellent! Professional, courteous, honest, efficient, very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Will definitely request him for any future plumbing problems. ZERO STARS!Called out to fix a slow drain, and no vent in a laundry room. They couldn't fix it, twice, yet they had no problem charging for the visits. So, they quote for an entire repipe, at $14,000.Of course we get a second opinion, there was a minor repipe, at $1500, and it was fixed.This is a large company, with no oversight on the technicians. Where was a project manager, master plumber, or office manager looking to see why there were two call-outs for the same issue, with two bills charged, and then still a ridiculously overpriced repipe.Do yourselves a favor and find a better service.

Never returned my call, made several attempts to call them after initial call where they took my information stating that I would get a call to set up an appointment.

Professional, reasonable, polite, timely, these guys are all & more! Had another company out shortly before Denny's & we were more than displeased. Denny's did the job & actually fixed the problem. Have already forwarded their info to all my friends & family in the area for their possible plumbing needs.

David Gutierrez, was very nice. He removed a gas line for me. He explained every thing he was doing .He also arrived early to the house then what I was told and that was great. I have used Reddi for a long time they are always super nice people and is willing to help with any other problem that might need to be done.
