Best Heater Issue in Virginia Beach VA

Sean came out on a Saturday for one of my homeowners. I was out of town and my regular plumber was unavailable. He came through within 30 minutes of the phone call and took care of the issue. Life saver! He worked quick and my homeowners told me he was a great guy! Highly recommend!

Robin at Baybreeze made a shocking number of mistakes when hired to fix an exterior gas leak, dragging out what should have been done in 3 days to a full 3 weeks.

After ‘fixing’ the leak the first time, we learned from the city that his work failed inspection, and the lines were still leaking. After ‘fixing’ it a second time, VBG turned our gas back on, but the technician discovered an uncapped line spilling out beneath our deck. Had the technician not caught this and corrected Robin’s negligence, the consequences could have easily been catastrophic for us.

After coming out a third time, the leaks were finally fixed and the lines capped, but he proceeded to install a valve he’d removed earlier for no clear reason (it wasn’t the one leaking) in the wrong spot, and we ended up once again with gas cut off to our gas pack furnace, and our tankless water heater.

After all of this was finally settled, he proceeded to overcharge us by about $250 above what we’d agreed upon, citing the cost of a second pressure test (a test that would not have been necessary had he simply done his job right the first, or even second time around).

Robin was full of excuses at every turn, but all in all, based on my experience he and his company did not demonstrate the competence or reliability necessary to safely work on natural gas. I feel he left my home and my family at risk, and I cannot recommend that anyone hire him in the future.

The guy came was very nice! When I called for an emergency, they came really fast to repair and find an issue w my toilet backed up.I gave a low rate because they said roots is the caused so I hired another plumber to take a look at and ask for a quote, trying to compare the price to this company. Then.... the guy literally showed me a camera there's no roots or anything else in the pipe... so if I didn't hire someone else and I will be so scammed out of this company. 😔

They came out to find out what was going on with our outdoor lights. They went over and above to find the problem. I would recommend them for your repairs.

2 of the 3 issues had to be repaired within 6 months by another plumber. This was about 4 years ago. This work was done by one of the brothers. Never again. The owner is questioning my review. I submit to him that his family is from Vermont. How would I know this if there were not a contact ?????

Early Sunday morning and we wake up to water failing from the attic.... water heater busted. Called Newsomes at 8am, they had someone here by 10 and repaired cleaned up and gone before 1pm. Thank you so much for the quick and great service. Tyler and David did a great job.

When I called him for about 3 of my plumbing jobs, he was always early, walk me through from start to finish. He was very reasonable on his prices and he is my go to plumber. This is the man to take care of all plumbing and gas issues and projects.

After experiencing a leak from our 50 year old cast iron pipes in kitchen resulting in significant water and mold damage, we hired RPG as our contractor on a recommendation from a close friend in the plumbing sales business. Owners Pat and Virginia were very honest and provided great guidance as we navigated the complexity of a full kitchen remodel and insurance claim. Work included mold remediation, full kitchen replacement, and pvc replacement of all the cast iron at our request. The employees and subcontractors are fantastic and committed to quality work. They even remedied other issues they discovered along the way at no additional charge. Obvious that they value their work and stake their reputation on the quality of work. True professionals!
