This family owned company was our first HVAC call since moving to VA from a different state. From talking to Mrs. Carolyn on the phone to then having her husband and grandson come out the same day- it was the best experience for a new homeowner. I had an emergency during the worst time possible. A frozen pipe busted during the winter snow storm I called EVERY COMPANY that I pulled up. Everybody was talking about being able to come out no earlier than 2 days! Last number I called was All Day Plumbing. I believe her name was Stephanie that took the call if not I do apologize. She was SO Courteous and polite. She gave me a date of the next day or later on, on the day that the pipe busted. She called me back and told me that someone would be out there the day of my call! I was so greatful being that I had a baby in the house as well as other family. If you all look at reviews like I do, then you will see the name Raymond over and over again. Guess who shows up to my door within 27 minutes of me hanging up the phone? RAYMOND!!! I couldn’t get no big name company out to help me and my family but Raymond at All Day Plumbing was on the job! The work was done in a reasonable amount of time and he was so nice. He kept a smile on his face even when I was confused about some things. He made sure I understood before I signed any paperwork. Raymond is awesome! Thank you all so much.

Edit: Repeat customer! Replacement of wax ring and resetting of a second toilet to fix a sneaky leak was quickly and expertly done. Our tech, Brian, was professional and courteous, returning in deteriorating weather later the same day to repair a leak that was inconsistent in its presentation, and Tricia, in the office was so understanding and delightful. Service was very reasonably priced too. Wouldn't call anywhere for plumbing issues.

Analysis of, and repair/replacement of leaking toilet was accomplished in less than 48 hours. Our service tech, Ricky Rivers, was excellent! Professional, courteous, honest, efficient, very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Will definitely request him for any future plumbing problems. I had a main water line corrosion issue and Bay Breeze was recommended by Home Advisor.
Robin called with in an hour and gave me an estimate from a picture I had showing the problem.

This was Friday 9/20/2019 and he said he could come that day. We decided to wait till Monday the 23rd.

He was on time and checked the problem in the crawl space. He had it fixed in an hour and the cost was one third what another plumber asked.

I would definitely recommend Bay Breeze Pluming and will use Robin in the future.

Zach was very professional and courteous. He didn’t waste any time when he showed up to fix my problem. After the repairs were completed, he checked to make sure everything was fixed properly and that I was satisfied with the work and clean up, and then he was on his way. Dave did excellent work for us during a time of desperate need. We came home to a pipe burst and he was able to come to our rescue promptly and fixed the pipe immediately.
