Called Atomic for my business on a Saturday morning, and had Mike W and Mike (no relation🤣) at my door within 45 minutes. They were clean, professional, efficient, and affable. Humble and hard working guys. Our main septic drain was clogged and they jumped right in and got it cleared. Mike W. also mentioned other minor issues, offered remedies, and an estimate should we need assistance. We all want to do business with people we like, these guys made it super easy and we know who to call next time we have an issue. Great job Atomic. 👍🏻

Edit: Repeat customer! Replacement of wax ring and resetting of a second toilet to fix a sneaky leak was quickly and expertly done. Our tech, Brian, was professional and courteous, returning in deteriorating weather later the same day to repair a leak that was inconsistent in its presentation, and Tricia, in the office was so understanding and delightful. Service was very reasonably priced too. Wouldn't call anywhere for plumbing issues.

Analysis of, and repair/replacement of leaking toilet was accomplished in less than 48 hours. Our service tech, Ricky Rivers, was excellent! Mike Smith arrived early and got right to work clearing the drain pipes from our kitchen sink. Then he was on to do what was expected to be a simple replacement of the wax ring seal on one toilet. However, he ran into something totally unexpected when he removed the toilet. I won’t go into detail here, but in my opinion Mike went above and beyond in handling the unexpected problem and then completing the toilet repair. He went to great lengths to keep the mess to a minimum and did a nice job of cleaning up.We used A1 before to fix a leak at the back of a shower valve and they did a great job then. We will definitely call A1 first for any future plumbing problem.

HVAC controller lost power. Lemar noticed drywall singe immediately & diagnosed the problem @ once. He also had alerted me earlier to the fact that the problem would likely need a replacement part. Very professional. No complaints.

If you ever need a plumber, they are the one to call and they mean it when they say 24/7 day or night they are there for you and very punctual. Staff is also so professional and their rates are reasonable. They also immediately responded which was very important. They understand the assignment and did not leave a mess. I will have blessings Plumbing on speed dial !!!

Highly recommend Bertolino plumbing have done multiple jobs for me from removing a stubborn clog to a large diagnostic problem which they figured out was old pipes that needed to be replaced. They are quick to schedule a visit. I have only waited a day before the scheduled visit. Professional, good quality and value. They figure out the problem and work until the problem is resolved.

I am quite upset because Betty's name is still being used and they do not honor work that had already begun in North Carolina saying they have been taken over by Atlantic and Atlantic doesn't have a NC license. This unit cost $5.300.00 and we can't get a company in NC that will take over Betty's contract. We even paid for labor & parts to be good until 2021. We trusted Betty's and want to know why they can't acquire a NC license to honor their contracts if they are going to continue advertising. Where does that leave all the rest of the people that trusted them in N.C. I lived in Newport News all my life and referred Betty's to everyone I know. I can't even get Betty's Supervisor or owner to call back to talk to them. Help somebody!
We have been dealing with this over three weeks. The water of condensation falls straight through to the duck work and pulled it down. My husband is in his 80's and crawled under the house and saw what has happened. The drain is not clogged. The water just goes straight through. We shut off the unit so no more damage can be done. We don't want to mess up our warranty knowing this. Here is a warning to all residents in N.C.

Great guy friendly, fair, clean and thorough

I hired this company in November/December 2021 to install a hand washing sink which is still not finish as of today 2/16/2021. In the span of 3 months and 4 appointments. The 3 appointments they showed up and started working, they would make excuse in the middle of the job to go get needed materials, but they wouldn't come back to finish the job. The 4th appointment, they didn't show up at all.
Overall, I would not recommend this company. Save yourself time, frustration, and headaches and use a better company out there.
