Great experience with Brandon! They came to give me an estimate the same day I called and schedule to complete the major pipe replacement within 48 hours. They gave professional advice and recommendations for long term solutions that were most beneficial for our home and family. They replaced all 85ft of rusted sewer pipes in one day. My tub had a slow drip from the hot water for years...I had someone else come and fix it in October and the leak returned a week later. Another company told me they were going to have to cut my wall out (i cried) so I left the slow drip until this past Friday I could not get my hot water in the tub to turn off at all. I called Jim Bertolino on Friday night and he was out there early Saturday morning. Jim took the time to explain and show me why it was dripping (first plumber from a different company put the wrong cartridge on and no holes were cut in my wall). I can't thank Jim Bertolino and his company enough for the outstanding work they did. This company went above and beyond to make sure it was fixed right. I will never ever use any other plumbing company besides this one again. Thanks guys.

My husband and I recently purchased an older home in the area and realized that we had a leak in our guest bathroom. After several attempts of searching ourselves, we decided to leave it to a professional. We're military, so we weren't sure which company to go with in the area and heard about Tony from a neighbor who had used him in the past. He gave nothing but positive praise about the work he did in his home, so we decided to give him a call. After speaking with Tony for the first time, I had an appointment set up within the week and told him I'd heard about him through my neighbor. He knew who I was talking about without question and responded positively about the man. I felt great about the whole conversation! Morning of, Tony shows up ON TIME and takes a look at the issue and gets to work RIGHT AWAY! He finds the problem almost immediately and both my husband and I were surprised at how fast the issue was diagnosed considering the amount of time we'd put into looking. I was given a price and although I thought it was a little more expensive for us at the time, I had the saying you get what you pay for in the back of my mind! He even showed the material to me and I researched while he was there and it wasn't the low end products that most people put in. I felt like the fix was going to last and gave him the go ahead! Not too long after that there was no more leak. Clean up was also great; I couldn't have been more happy with the outcome! If in the future I need any more work done in my home we will be giving Tony a call!

Terrible rip off. My parents had a weekend trouble call for a clogged drain. They fixed it in 35 minutes and charged them over $800. I expected they may have to pay somewhat of a premium. But after waiting four hours for them to show up and then get such a high quote leaves a real bad taste in my mouth. I suggest using a smaller and local company like Precision Plumbing....
