Techs 'Trey A' and 'Mike C' arrived with the intention of resolving a slow drainage issue and installing a popup assembly. Due to their thorough inspection and patience, they discovered a pipe leaking under the crawl space. In addition to that, they determined an issue under the kitchen sink after I mentioned that I saw water on the floor once which had not happened again. I was told 'we won't leave until we make sure everything is ok'. They were very kind and professional. They worked quickly, but were very thorough and very knowledgeable. It was as though I had been sent angels because I couldn't have asked for a better outcome. Thank you so much Trey and Mike, and thank you Atomic for hiring great people who care about doing an excellent job.

Our air conditioning system stopped cooling our home. It would not cool the home below 78 degrees.

Premier Mechanical Systems is a large company, but they have technicians who are highly trained, skilled and qualified, to service all residential air conditioning needs and will save you money. Sean installed a gardafe disposal, relocated a gas line and reparied a broken flange on the toilet. He went above and beyond the expected. They had to fix a incorrect size for the faucet by redrilling, they moved the stove and took care not to damage any thing. All items were completed timely and we are very happy. He provided a estimate for the work and that was tge price.

Allday plumbing is one of the more reputable businesses in the area. The workmanship is top notch. It's the best place I have ever worked. We as technicians are taught care about your customers needs above all else. It's just a stress free great place to work.

Paid $800 plus dollars for plumbing repairs 5 months ago - 3 times the average it should cost in my area for the same job. Pipes/Drains clogged again. Company says we're out of Warranty! What do you warranty your work for, 30 days? Incredibly disappointed in this Company's policy of not standing by their work. Do not recommend.

Robin at Baybreeze made a shocking number of mistakes when hired to fix an exterior gas leak, dragging out what should have been done in 3 days to a full 3 weeks.

After ‘fixing’ the leak the first time, we learned from the city that his work failed inspection, and the lines were still leaking. After ‘fixing’ it a second time, VBG turned our gas back on, but the technician discovered an uncapped line spilling out beneath our deck. Had the technician not caught this and corrected Robin’s negligence, the consequences could have easily been catastrophic for us.

After coming out a third time, the leaks were finally fixed and the lines capped, but he proceeded to install a valve he’d removed earlier for no clear reason (it wasn’t the one leaking) in the wrong spot, and we ended up once again with gas cut off to our gas pack furnace, and our tankless water heater.

After all of this was finally settled, he proceeded to overcharge us by about $250 above what we’d agreed upon, citing the cost of a second pressure test (a test that would not have been necessary had he simply done his job right the first, or even second time around).

Robin was full of excuses at every turn, but all in all, based on my experience he and his company did not demonstrate the competence or reliability necessary to safely work on natural gas. I feel he left my home and my family at risk, and I cannot recommend that anyone hire him in the future.

Jeremy was our service technician who arrived on time as was stated and handled our issues promptly and professionally. We had a badly clogged kitchen sink as well as an issue with the hot water in our shower. He tackled both problems quickly taking the time to patiently explain what he was doing plus made recommendations for possible future tasks to improve the quality of plumbing in my older home. I was completely at ease with him and appreciated his courtesy in cleaning up after his work and wearing shoe covers to control tracked in dirt. I will continue to use A-1 as needed and recommend you to my neighbors, and I want Jeremy to be our regular maintainence tech. Thank you for a great service experience.

Brandon was so professional and friendly to my family and I. I appreciated his friendly demeanor and expertise. He identified the issue within minutes and provided the quote and solution and went right to work. No one wants to call a repair company and this is the second time this year we’ve used American Mechanical and both times I’ve been left reassured and confident that the issues have been fixed.

This company understands you the customer. I had one kitchen drain fixed. Also senior tech Levi and Greg did a great job to install two faucets plus three water valves in one bathroom. I will call time company who cares about the work they commit to in your home.

Highly recommend using Quality Plumbing for any HVAC/AC problems you may have. They are knowledgeable, efficient, helpful, and the pricing is reasonable. I will definitely use them for any future needs that may come up.

I specifically chose this place because of the reputation of them based on their google reviews, however.... i cant agree with any of them. I made an appointment last week needing a quote (not work performed) but a quote to have a gas line run and it was scheduled today between the hours of 8 and 12. I call around 11 to get an update to see when they were planning to come because I had taken the morning off of work, and at that time they told me the plumber was in Williamsburg and was still on the job that needed about 45 minutes on top of 25-30 minute travel time to get to my house. It is now 5:48pm and not once have I received a phone call from the plumber nor the office stating that they were coming to do the estimate or whether an issue came up and needed to reschedule. We are on a time crunch to purchase appliances.... the sale expires tomorrow, so now not only do I miss out on the sale, but have absolutely NO IDEA how much it costs to run a line to determine whether or not we should purchase the gas stove that I would like or just a regular one like we have. I have already sold our current stove and those people are awaiting the call to come and pick it up. So, I've called other plumbers in the area and they don't have an appt soon enough so here we are back to square one.... so thanks for that!

This company is local and I couldn't ask for any better service. When I called they actually answered the phone and scheduled me right away. The owner and another guy came to do the job and I had a ton of stuff to ask about the plumbing in my 1962 home. They fixed the washing machine backup into my kitchen sink without any problems. I asked if they could give me an estimate on replacing my main line and rerouting my pipes since I live on a slab and they measured everything and gave me an estimate right then. I was shocked, I kept saying they didn't have to do it right now but they assured me it wouldn't take long at all. I was very impressed with their willingness to help me find a solution, the price of the estimate and the price for this service call. I won't ever have to search for another plumber because they are the best in my opinion.
