Worse than 1 Star! DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE! They lie about the cost then cheat you. Here's the ugly detail. I had this guy (co-owner mind you) give me a quote (unfortunately not in writing) to inspect my work have it cleared for the city ($200). So I did the work, he came by and looked at it (10 minutes), went to the city and pulled a permit. everything was fine until he sent me a bill for $500!!! he said it took him 2.5 hours to drive 7 miles to city hall and another 1.5 hours for the work THAT I DID!. I told him that was dishonest. He said he had to charge someone for his time. DO NOT USE THESE GUYS!!! They are liars and cheats.

I would have to say the experience I had with Atomic and their technician Robert was amazing. He got to my house around 9:30 and didn't leave until 2:30. We needed a water heater replaced with a pan put under it and a drain to the outside installed. He worked diligently. He never left to go and get supplies the supplies were brought to him which I think is awesome. Very nice and respectful guy. I am really glad that I called Atomic! Pricing was very reasonable as well.

Amazing company, showed up for emergency call and had us back up and running in a few hours. Highly recommend!

We contracted Michael Green from Accent Home Improvement Repairs for roof repairs due to a leak that was occurring in our master bedroom. Upon contacting Michael, he returned our call promptly and provided us with a fair estimate. He is a very honest and conscientious worker. He arrived on time daily, he communicated with us every step of the way and he produced an excellent finished product in a timely manner. We will definitely be using Michael in the future for any handyman household repairs and or roofing repairs and we will recommend him to anyone we know that needs repairs. If you're looking for handyman services he is your guy.

We were having a dishwasher installed when the installer was unable to cut the water off due to a faulty valve. We were unable to contact our regular plumber so we looked online, found Precision Plumbing and while looking thru the reviews found one with the exact same problem. We called and made an appointment in short order. Jimmy came and replaced the valve quickly. He was very professional and cleaned up. They charged a reasonable price. I was very happy and won’t hesitate to call on them for the next plumbing issue. Our dishwasher was installed later the same day.

Just finished up my service call with James and his grandson Dave. Lets Start off with the simple call. Mrs. Carol was such a sweetheart. She got me fixed right up. We ended up chatting about life for a few min even. I got so lucky that they had a last minute schedule change so it opened up a spot for me for 10-11. The guys showed up and did their thing but also educated me on my system. My husband is military so you know thats about the time things tend to stop working. Well I knew my system has lived they expected life span but Mr. James and Dave showed how to get the most life out of my system. Simple system housekeeping. Also, if you are military they do offer a discount. I'm going to keep their number on speed dial for sure! They also do pluming and garbage disposal.

Great customer service. Expert plumbing support at a very affordable rate. They went above and beyond to get my work done. Very easy to work the schedule for a very big job.

Excellent service!!!  I used Angie's List and after having different companies to come out to show their products and offer estimates for installation of an entire HVAC system, we decided upon Guy Smith Heating and Cooling of Virginia Bch. They offered a highly qualified system and a more appealing payment plan. From Blake, the sales representative, to the actual technicians/installers, they were all prompt, courteous and professional. I personally want tothank the technicians for their HARD WORK ethics and professional installation of our new central air and heating system. Already, we are super happy with its performance!  Lastly, be safe and exercise precautions while going in and out of people's homes as we live through this COVID-19 pandemic. Blessings to all!

I just bought and moved into my new house and Joe came to my rescue. It was 7pm and he'd been off since 4pm, but they refused to let calls go unanswered even if they were short staffed and behind schedule. My showers and toilets were backing up, I couldn't give my kids a shower or flush the toilets with out water over flow. Joe came in and in under 10 minutes of his arrival he my plumbing working when I'd had two plumbers before him fix the problem taking half the day to fix it. Not to mention they have a complementary service after to come look with a camera to insure the problem is resolved. Call RotoRooter SERIOUSLY!!!!!! Request Joe Tech#2181 he was so knowledgeable and professional, he's going to be my go to from now on.

Jaime and Ethan were very professional in the installation process. A few glitches which they handled very well. I'd use A! again for other plumbing needs.

We had great service from Mr. Duane last week. We look forward to him completing the electrical job he started. Today he came back with another co-worker, I believe his name is Dan. They work very well together.We always appreciate the service mechanics American Mechanical sends our way. Lyndsey is always pleasant to speak with to set up appointments or give me insights of what is going to happen along with text messages to keep me informed.Mr. Duane is a pleasant individual to talk with, he's very knowledgeable about the electrical work that's needed for our older home. He always gives a courtesy call to let us know when he's route. He gave us wisdom of what to do and not to do going forward with our electrical needs.I would advise anyone who has an electrical issue to not hesitate first to reach out to a company that's trustworthy and not trying to price gouge you on everything. American Mechanical is worthy of your business. I highly recommend Mr. Duane, he's the electrical guy to help get the job done! Kudos to your company! 😊

If you ever need a plumber, they are the one to call and they mean it when they say 24/7 day or night they are there for you and very punctual. Staff is also so professional and their rates are reasonable. They also immediately responded which was very important. They understand the assignment and did not leave a mess. I will have blessings Plumbing on speed dial !!!
