Worse than 1 Star! DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE! They lie about the cost then cheat you. Here's the ugly detail. I had this guy (co-owner mind you) give me a quote (unfortunately not in writing) to inspect my work have it cleared for the city ($200). So I did the work, he came by and looked at it (10 minutes), went to the city and pulled a permit. everything was fine until he sent me a bill for $500!!! he said it took him 2.5 hours to drive 7 miles to city hall and another 1.5 hours for the work THAT I DID!. I told him that was dishonest. He said he had to charge someone for his time. DO NOT USE THESE GUYS!!! They are liars and cheats.

I called Precision Plumbing first thing in the morning with a plumbing emergency. My Mom just had hip replacement surgery and the bathroom downstairs was the only one that she could use. Just finished up my service call with James and his grandson Dave. Lets Start off with the simple call. Mrs. Carol was such a sweetheart. She got me fixed right up. We ended up chatting about life for a few min even. I got so lucky that they had a last minute schedule change so it opened up a spot for me for 10-11. The guys showed up and did their thing but also educated me on my system. My husband is military so you know thats about the time things tend to stop working. Well I knew my system has lived they expected life span but Mr. James and Dave showed how to get the most life out of my system. Simple system housekeeping. Also, if you are military they do offer a discount. I'm going to keep their number on speed dial for sure! They also do pluming and garbage disposal.

We had a major water leak and Sean quickly came to our house and found the leak. The leak happened to be under our front porch and was going to be a major job. Sean stayed until after 10 pm trying to fix it for us and the next day set up a temporary waterline until the a whole new water line could be put in. A new water line was put in and and the everything was put back as it was. Sean and his guy did an outstanding job and didn’t break the bank.

We had an emergency and I called them first thing this morning and they had a technician here within 2 hours when another highly reputable business was three days away...Mike was extremely professional and they were very mindful of the time since they charge by the half hour..prices were extremely cheap, I would have paid double what we were charged. Ryan Holowiak, the technician from American Mechanical came and serviced my generator. He was not only very skilled with generators, but also polite and a pleasure to have working around my house. American Mechanical installed my whole house generator several years ago. I have been not only extremely pleased with the generator but also with American Mechanical. If you ever need a plumber, they are the one to call and they mean it when they say 24/7 day or night they are there for you and very punctual. Staff is also so professional and their rates are reasonable. They also immediately responded which was very important. They understand the assignment and did not leave a mess.
